We are happy to stay here. Quiet place, good bed, nice breakfast and so on. not far from the center. highly recommend.

Beds were comfy, room was spacious, bathroom was large. Would definitely recommend. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Camera assegnata n.205 sottotetto molto calda e senza aria condizionata, inoltre affaccia su una strada molto trafficata soprattutto da camion. Un rumore infernale tutta la notte! Alla richiesta di un cambio camera, abbiamo ricevuto un netto rifiuto e la concessione di un ventilatore che ha smosso per tutta la notte aria calda. Esperienza terribile! Positiva la colazione

Everything was perfect apart I did had an issue the first night with the room being noisy but the staff was very understanding and moved us for our second night.

Friendly Staff, clean, updated.

Initially they gave me a room right next to the main aircon system that was extremely loud even with the window closed. I have to ask for another room, that luckily it was available. Otherwise I would have had to find another place for the night. The room was nice and big, clean with a refrigerator and coffees. The restaurant was ok!

Great Hotel and helpful staff at all times. Although 5 min taxi to centre Killarney, cost was fair. Comfortable Bed and extensive Irish breakfast. Well done Heights Hotel

Main problem is sleeping. It's hot but all the duvets are about 30 tog making sleeping soundly hard

Schönes Hotel mit sehr Frühstück. Es liegt nahe dem Nationalpark und der Rennbahn. Der Parkplatz ist groß und die Zimmer ruhig. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Lovely stay

The property was so cute and well- maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing! The hotel was in walking distance to downtown, but there was also a bus stop very close for people who don’t want to walk. We only stayed here one night but would definitely stay again!

Very beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Location is a little far from city centre, about a 45 minute walk but the staff was helpful to get us a taxi. No air conditioning which we noticed as we were traveling during a heatwave, but the room was still comfortable enough. Very clean and spacious rooms.

unfortunately when a crowd moved from the Bar to the outside courtyard at 1.15 am , the hotel did little to stop the excessive noise of a lot of drunk noisy patrons . I did call the night manager at 1.30am but the noise continued .When checking out this morning the desk staff didn't want to know anything about it , they Said they where aware of the issue but didn't offer an apology or show any concern , so much for it being a 4 start hotel , we wont return . Obviously the staff require training ....
