프론트에도 특별히 전문직원이 없이 운영됩니다. 조식 8시반부터로 일찍 출발할 경우 못먹고 음식도 아주 소박합니다. 객실도 조금 답답한 규모입니다. 청결이나 관리는 괜찮습니다. 산타루치아 기차역에서 10분 정도로 위치는 괜찮습니다만 살짝 뒷골목에 있습니다. 전반적으로 보통이며 굳이 다음에 찾진 않겠습니다.

버스정류장과 기차역에서 걸어서 오분 거리여서 매우 편리했어요. 무엇보다 베니치아는 다리가 많아서, 숙소가 역에서 멀면 짐들고 다니기 힘든데, 이 숙소는 다리 하나만 건너면 바로 갈 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 또한 친구가 12시 넘어서 늦게 도착했는데 그때까지 기다려주셨어요. 직원 할아버지께서 너무나 친절해서 편안하게 2박 보냈습니다. 다음에 베네치아를 간다면 꼭 이 숙소를 다시 이용할겁니다.!

역에서 호텔까지 걸어가는데 3~4개의 계단식 다리가 있어 힘들었지만 룸컨디션이나 조식은 나쁘지않았다. 번화가에 비해 상당히 조용해서 편안한 잠을 잘수 있었고 카운터에 앉아있는 스태프 할아버지는 다소 무뚝뚝한편으로 친절하진 않았다.

우선은 호텔이라는 표시가 없어 찾아가는데 상당히 어려웠음, 호텔 바로앞에서도 위치를 알지못해 바로 앞에 담배피는 사람 - 직원 에게 물어보고서야 호텔이라는 것을 알았음

일박이지만 위치도 좋고 주변도 조용해서 좋았어요. 교통이 좋았어요

Everything was very clean. They had already closed the dining room. I did not know I had included breakfast. We were walking out and she offered to keep the dining room open and make us breakfast. It was very very sweet homemade cakes excellent fresh fruit, and pastries. It was very sweet and more than adequate for the price range.

The hotel is located in a quiet corner close to the canal away from the crowded area. We were allowed an early check-in because the room was ready. Looks old from outside but the inside is renovated and well stocked with necessities. The owner speaks good English, the staff cordial, the building is cool without AC. A perfect place to relax after a crazy day in Venice. We had a comfortable staying. We'll stay here again.

Konumu harika. Piazzale Roma’dan sadece tek köprü geçerek gelinebiliyor. Bavullarla gelirken çok kolay oldu. Dorsoduro bölgesi çılgın turist kalabalığının olmadığı ama keyifli meydanlardan geçerek San Marco ya 10dk da yürüyebileceğiniz bir lokasyon. Odamız oldukça temizdi, her gün de temizlendi. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı servisinde görevli hanımefendi tam bir arı gibi çalışıyor, herkesle birebir ilgilenip eksikleri gideriyordu. Check out sonrası bavullarımızı akşam üzeri 5’e kadar otelde bırakabildik, bunun için de ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz

The room was perfect and the area was both quiet but easy to get to all the sites. The staff was so helpful and nice and made the stay so pleasant. 10/10 would recommend.

Room was really big as well as bathroom good size. Very easy and convenient check in. We came really late evening and there was no problem. Prefect location , from the first moment you will feel like you are in real Italy.

Beautiful cozy hotel. Rooms beautifully decorated. Continental breakfast option was great value €8 Davide and his crew were amazing from start to finish. Great value, Great atmosphere and id happily recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

Very pretty area - quiet location for the hotel and staff were warm and friendly

This place was fantastic! Close to the train and easy walking to main sites. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was also a delight with fresh caffe.

Very nice well maintained property with a very friendly and helpful staff! The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It’s a little tucked away but wasn’t hard to find with our phone’s walking map.

Nice little hotel, but extremely expensive for the very basic room. Woman serving breakfast was very seeet and kind. Good location to walk to the airport bus at Piazalle Roma (8 minutes, only 3 bridges)
