프론트에도 특별히 전문직원이 없이 운영됩니다. 조식 8시반부터로 일찍 출발할 경우 못먹고 음식도 아주 소박합니다. 객실도 조금 답답한 규모입니다. 청결이나 관리는 괜찮습니다. 산타루치아 기차역에서 10분 정도로 위치는 괜찮습니다만 살짝 뒷골목에 있습니다. 전반적으로 보통이며 굳이 다음에 찾진 않겠습니다.

버스정류장과 기차역에서 걸어서 오분 거리여서 매우 편리했어요. 무엇보다 베니치아는 다리가 많아서, 숙소가 역에서 멀면 짐들고 다니기 힘든데, 이 숙소는 다리 하나만 건너면 바로 갈 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 또한 친구가 12시 넘어서 늦게 도착했는데 그때까지 기다려주셨어요. 직원 할아버지께서 너무나 친절해서 편안하게 2박 보냈습니다. 다음에 베네치아를 간다면 꼭 이 숙소를 다시 이용할겁니다.!

역에서 호텔까지 걸어가는데 3~4개의 계단식 다리가 있어 힘들었지만 룸컨디션이나 조식은 나쁘지않았다. 번화가에 비해 상당히 조용해서 편안한 잠을 잘수 있었고 카운터에 앉아있는 스태프 할아버지는 다소 무뚝뚝한편으로 친절하진 않았다.

우선은 호텔이라는 표시가 없어 찾아가는데 상당히 어려웠음, 호텔 바로앞에서도 위치를 알지못해 바로 앞에 담배피는 사람 - 직원 에게 물어보고서야 호텔이라는 것을 알았음

일박이지만 위치도 좋고 주변도 조용해서 좋았어요. 교통이 좋았어요

Great location. Quiet area near the bus station and just off a canal. We only stayed for one night but felt comfortable and enjoyed being able to walk out the door and be in the heart of Venice but also a few minutes walk from the bus station. Nice cafes and restaurants within two minutes walk.

This was a charming property close to the Santa Lucia Train Station. It was clean & the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was so cute and quaint, very clean the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful providing me a map and letting me know how to get to important landmarks without even asking. It is very centrally located, closer to the train station than the main plaza. Perfect for when you have an early train ride home.

Perfect location to explore Venice but be out of the business. Lovely quiet courtyard outside the hotel where not many people passed by at night. Aircon in the room could do with improving but room was clean and quiet. Staff very friendly.

Cute boutique style hotel. Spacious rooms with eccentric decor. Throwback to the 1960’s/70’s. Bathrooms are small but worked fine overall. Quiet are away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Great restaurants around the property and a 20 min easy walk, with some bridge stairs, to St. Marks square. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but it’s a continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel bem localizado em área segura e silenciosa. Café da manhã saboroso e funcionários atenciosos. Cheguei após o horário de funcionamento da recepção, mas havia recebido antes todas as orientações para entrar na pousada sem problemas.

Herşey mükemmeldi, otel konum olarak güzel,sessiz sakin bir konumdaydı. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü yardımseverdi. Herkese tavsiye ederiz..

Very easy to find from the Santa Lucia train station. Excellent restaurants and amenities near by. Great breakfast. Quiet for sleeping. Highly recommend it. Great value.

It was such a great experience. It’s close to everything, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. They let us check in early and kept our luggage until our 6 PM flight, which helped so much. Our room felt luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and beautiful golden colors that made it feel like a royal suite. My friend’s recommended to us when her daughter went to college there , they always stay there. We’ll absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was awesome, if you went away hungry that was on you. Excellent homemade goodies every day and your choice of many drinks & food😋😍
