직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 객실은 가격대비 좋지는 않았던 것 같습니다. 위치는 시내에 위치하고 있어 매우 좋았습니다.

Nice staff and excellent service

Our room at Au Cerf D'Or was beautiful and comfortable; quiet but easily walkable to the old town and local restaurants.

The room was pretty old and very much noise from the street. Check in didnt went smooth too.

A very quaint, authentic and charming hotel with an excellent restaurant. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Area is location location and location, perfect to visit the old city and enjoy the sights....

Central beliggende, charmerende men billeder snyder. Det er slidt og af ældre dato. Morgenmad er alt for dyr i forhold til kvaliteten - anbefales at fravælge den og finde noget ude i byen. Absolut helt uhørt - så tager de 10 Euro pr. person for adgang til poolen i en time. Fremgår ingen steder ved booking og er helt uhørt. Det er 300kr. for vores vedkomne - det synes jeg er tvyeri og helt urimeligt.

Muuten tosi mukava hotelli, mutta kattohuoneiston ilmastointi ei riittänyt pitämään huonetta viileänä. Lämpötilat alueella toki olivat jatkuvasti yli 30 asteessa, joten kaikkeen ei tietysti voida vaikuttaa. Aamiainen perus ok, tunnelma rauhallinen ja viihtyisä.

Good location, paid parking garage fairly close by. Good restaurant, AC in the room was nice- not a lot of hotels in the area have it.

Very nice stay! We had dinner at the restaurant - delicious! Unfortunately, we had declined the breakfast and it looked phenomenal!

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du cœur historique de Strasbourg. Le confort, l'accueil, la propreté, ... tout est parfait! Le plus c'est le SPA, le sauna, le hammam et la piscine pour se relaxer après de belles visites. J'ai rarement eu une telle prestation de si bonne qualité. Je recommande l'hôtel "Au Cerf d'Or"

A little old which is to be expected in this area. Room was extremely smal, hard to manage luggage and moving about in it. Bathroom too was very small. Internet worked fine and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was ordinary, with the usual pastries and cereal.
