I request for a room with a nice view they gave me room with not so good view.

We stayed a few days after typhoon odette but pur stay was still very pleasant.

The first 5 Star rest which is charging Php 300 for gym usage. And when I go to the guy, they is no instructor or attendant, no towels, no water, no music and it looks like it wasn't even cleaned. The staff is unresponsive and unfriendly to any such issues. Rooms are decent, nothing great.

The food isn't good. There is only a few options for food especially if you are not eating pork.

We enjoyed our stay at Henann. The breakfast is delicious. Hoping it would be already a buffet when we will be back soon❤️ I love the view of the pool, so wide and overlooking by the beach.

Very strict on check out time, check out time is 11am. We asked if we can extend since its weekday and they have over 500 rooms and not fully booked. They only allow us to stay until 11:30am only.

Staff front desk, staff are accommodating

They prioritizing foreign tourist than Filipinos. A very expensive hotel, not affordable for local tourists.

This hotel is perfect for family vacation.

Price is a bit expensive compared to other resorts, but if you if you want a quality stay I recommend you stay here, for sure you will enjoy and will not regret choosing this hotel 😊

The beach is perfect. People are friendly. Pools are awesome and the total experience is worth every penny spent.

The place is very clean and the staffs are great, they treat everyone (local and foreign tourist) equally unlike other hotel staffs on where you can feel the unfair treatment. We love Henann for a reason! Because he is Henann with a reason.
