The bathroom needed work, the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, there were gaping holes in the counter where I assume Kleenex and a different type of tp holder had been. The beds have all metal frames and squeak terribly with every move. Not great.

Staff was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast lacked effort. We were offered the identical menu each day.

Clean room, quiet place and parking very easy. Close to the mall and restaurants Been there a couple of times and will continue to reserve there.

Everything was fantastic. One thing I'll mention, and this is somewhat out of the hotel's control, is that we had a room that joined with another room with a door. From 11pm to 3am, our neighbours were having loud sex which made it hard to sleep.

Room was clean. We were happy with our stay

Hotel had a lot of ants. Staff were not very helpful. Many of the amenities were just missing, for example there was a fitness centre devoid of equipment

You advertise a weight room and there was no longer one. Personally thought a cheaper rate would have been appropriate for it was one of the reasons we chose to stay. Still waiting for my room deposit to be returned. Other than that the staff were amazing. The room and over all building looked clean. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the hard working staff

The elevators walls were a disaster. Someone should be cleaning them periodically. TV didn't work as the USB was removed and as almost impossible to plug it back in as the TV is almost glued to the wall. Weird set up. The rest of the building was clean. Not as nice of a lobby as some close by hotels.

Could use improvements.

Hotel is in good location. Got EV chargers on site which was great. Staff was excellent. Rooms are outdated with broken stuff. The outlet was detached from the wall, hanging by electric wire, which was very dangerous. Overall 3 stars.

Basic amenities, but everything I needed for a one night stop. Very friendly front desk gentlemen on night of checkin.

Mis à part l'emplacement et la facilité de stationner, pas grand-chose de bien. Je ne recommande pas. À moins d'être mal pris, allez ailleurs. Rapport qualité-prix insatisfaisant. Insonorisation médiocre, en général manque beaucoup d'amour. Déjeuner, on a passé outre.

Chambre non insonorisée, j’entendais tout ce qui se passait alentours. Très bruyant, entend les voitures circulées dehors, la pièce pour le petit déjeuner est petite, pas de place, avons dû manger dans notre chambre les 2 matins. C’était le férié de mai.

Clean sheets and washroom, there is a pool, staff is there to help. Its a simple hotel, got what you need!

Nice place. Breakfast had good choices however there were only about 5 tables. There were many people eating in the hallway, standing even sitting on the ground. We are a family of 5 (3 kids) and we had to eat in the hallway. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Stationnement plein de cigarettes par terre, etinerant flanne dans le stationnement. Chambre très propre. Déjeuner manquent de fruits, Très peu de staff a la vue et il parlent souvent dans leur langue d ́origine

Worst experience I've had in my life with them. Staff was not helpful at all.
