전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Posada Sian Kaan

카르멘 시내에 있어 늦은 시간까지 시내 구경을 하기에 좋았습니다. 버스터미널도 인접해 있고 바다가 인접해 있어 이동 및 구경 모두 좋았습니다. 호텔 시설도 가격 대비 괜찮았음. 유럽식 아침 식사라 했지만 기대에 크게 미치지 못했으며(빵과 우유, 팬케익 정도?) 무료 생수를 1박 머무는 사람이나 10박을 연달아 머무는 사람이나 똑같이 2병을 주는것은 이해하기 힘들었음.

여기는~~~ 정말~ 가격대비 훌륭한 곳입니다!! 칸쿤의 호텔존에 있는 리조트에 묶었다가 여기로 옮겼을 때 입구에서부터 감동이... ㅠㅠ 일단 리셉셔니스트가 정말 친절해요. 어디든 친절해야하는 건 당연하지만... 여기는 묻기전에 정보를 딱딱딱 주고요.. 어딘가 추천을 부탁하면... 자기들과 연결된 상업적 추천을 해주는게 아니라 정말~~ 손님의 입장에서 인포메이션센터처럼 안내를 해주세요. 그리고 그 모든 정보가 정말 도움이 많이 됐고, 정말 정확했고, 귀한 정보였어요! 방 컨디션은 말할 것도 없어요 지은지 얼마 안되서 그런지... 진짜 고급 호텔처럼 깨끗하고 정갈했어요. 모던하고....^ ^:; 천장이 높아서 방이 더 넓어보이고... 시트 정리도 맨날 해주는데 깔끔하고... 수영장도 괜찮고.... 옥상 데크가 대박...!!! 플라야 델 카르멘 바다를 한눈에 볼 수 있는데 정말 좋아요!!게다가!!! ADO 버스 터미널에서 코너만 돌면 바로 있어서 위치가 정말 최고... 메인 쇼핑 거리에서 10m 정도 안 쪽에 있는건데 그래서... 시끄럽지도 않고.. 해변이 정말~~ 가깝고... 저는 ADO 버스 안타고 콜렉티보 같은.... 익스프레스 봉고 같은거 타고 갔는데 그 정거장에서도 직진만 하면 나오는... 위치면에서 정말 최고인것 같았어요!! 그리고 아침이 진짜!!! 대박이에요~ 흔히 주는 빵 몇조각 이런게 아니라...ㅠ.ㅠ 과일요거트 샐러드 같은거 주는데 돈주고 사먹으라고 해도 몇번은 사먹었을 것 같은... 엄청 맛있었어요!! 마지막날에 체크아웃 새벽에 하느라 못 먹고왔는데.. 지금도 밟힐 정도로... 3종류 선택할 수 있는데.... 기대도 안하고 갔었는데.. 너무 근사해서 놀랬어요~~! 가기전에 비교 정말 많이 했었는데.... 하루 6만원 정도(평일할인?)로 저정도 컨디션이면 진짜 완벽한 것 같아요! 방에 냉장고가 없는게 유일한 단점이라면 단점인데... 워낙에 바깥활동이 많아서 안에서 먹을일이 거의 없고... 그래서 가자마자 시원한 생수 2병 준비해주더라구요~~ 친구랑 다시가도 플라야델카르멘에선 꼭 저기서 묶겠노라고.... 다짐했어요~ 이 보다 비싼 호텔 갈 필요 절대 없고..... 여기서 묶고 그 돈으로 밖에서 쇼핑하고 투어다니면... 좋을 것 같아요. 저희가 칸쿤 4박, 플라야 2박 이었는데... 플라야 5박 칸쿤 1박 했어야했다고... 두고두고 얘기했어요~~ 암튼 강력추천!!!! 리셉셔니스트 정말 역대 최고!!

Lugar increible!

See my earlier review. I love this hotel so much that I returned 5 days after checkout to finish the rest of my trip here. The best things are the beautiful courtyard/pool area and the great staff, especially the wonderful housekeeper who kept my room shining and clean. I wish I could remember her name. I'll be back!

Great small hotel. Clean and quiet property close to the beach and many restaurants. Excellent Staff.

Location is perfect, half block to one block from sea, beach, ferry, bus station. Garden is lovely, and the pool is cool and relaxing. Little cenote with turtles in the courtyard. Staff is the absolute best. Very helpful and friendly. Super clean, too.

Een prachtige locatie dichtbij het strand en de grote toeristische straat. Kamers zijn schoon en worden goed schoongemaakt! Wij hadden weinig last van overlast buiten een paar avonden de buren. Verder prima! Aardig personeel! Echt een aanrader!

Excellent staff and service.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The plusses: great location, lovely property, remarkably quiet, good air conditioning, very nice shower, clean room, in room safe, friendly / helpful staff. Minus-just one. My GOODNESS the bed was hard!! Half a block walk to the beach, same to the pedestrian street full of shops, restaurants and street performers. Bonus, one evening we got back and found a large family of raccoons who may have lived in the cenote on the grounds. Very cool.

It was a good location close to 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen. No beach, rooftop has 1 small table and 2 chairs and absolutely no shade. Room was clean. Now the downsides, bed was hard as a rock, noise from next door where you could hear every word said! Bathrooms need an upgrade badly. Television set on Spanish only. Also outside by the small pool which I saw no one use, there were only 2 beach chairs. So after 1 night we contacted Expedia and they were very accommodating and we were able to move to another place the next day.

Nice location, steps away from shoppings, restaurants, ADO terminal, ferry... The courtyard is lush with tropical plants. Rooftop offers unbeatable view of the ocean. Room could use some update though - toilet doesn't flush well; no bedside socket which is very inconvenient

This boutique hotel is half a block from the beach and half a block from Quinta Avenida which is a lively walkable street, full of shops and restaurants. The street is pedestrian only and it has a lot of action. In the hotel we received an excellent service from Nellye and Lizzy at the reception. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend this hotel.

Todo excelente, en todo momento el personal estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y nos dieron las mejores atenciones. Recomiendo este lugar muy ampliamente

Was a unique experience. The front desk was very welcome and accommodating.
