El autobús del aeropuerto se retrasó por el festival del lago Atitlán, y el dueño del hotel condujo a toda velocidad hasta el aeropuerto de Ciudad de Guatemala, a cuatro horas de distancia. Gracias, se lo agradezco.

Llama antes si vas en carro para que abran el parqueo. Solicita late checkout con anticipación. La comida estuvo rica.

El hotel es muy bonito, acogedor y limpio. Rs un plus que tenga parqueo. Todo el personal es muy amable. Las pizzas del restaurante son exquisitas. Nuestra estadía fue muy placentera.

The rooms were very clean and the service at the restaurant exceeded our expectations . And hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was at a great area . A very good experience being this was our first time in this country.

Very good clean and pretty hotel, Great staff. Good breakfast and few minutes walking distance to Central Park.

Everything was great. Close to the central square, great coffee shop and bakery just around the corner. Breakfast was excellent, they had good pizza for dinner, and the staff was excellent. They only change crisp, unmarked bills and only change 200usd daily. Absolutely would stay here again.

Gorgeous and a relaxing place to stay with incredibly attentive stsff. It's my third time staying here and I'll be back for sure.

I have stayed here several times. Staff has always been helpful carrying my bags if needed. Always wonderful to wake up open the shades or the door to lush greenery. The breakfast is also good.

We stayed at Las Farolas at the beginning & end of our Guatemala travels and are very glad we did. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. The standout are the staff, all helpful and friendly. On our last stay I managed to mix up the dates and the hotel was fully booked over the weekend. We were thinking we’d need to change hotels for just one night and come back - not fun! But the wonderful Holly on the front desk had it sorted out so quickly - thanks Holly for your help & for making our last days in beautiful Guatemala so much more relaxed!

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, puedes llegar a los puntos de interés caminando. La habitación es amplia y muy limpia, diario hacen el aseo. El personal es muy amable y hay variedad en el desayuno.

The hotel was in a great location to walk to shops and dining options easily. Felt very safe and taken care of. Breakfast was excellent and the filtered water in several locations was helpful.

I enjoyed staying at this property. Very convenient location. They have a lovely garden area.
