숙소는 USJ에서 아주 가까워서 걸어서 10분도 채 걸리지 않습니다. 엘리베이터 근처에 무료 정수기가 있어요. USJ에 들어가기 전에 사물함에 짐을 보관할 수 있는데, 직원에게 동전을 달라고 하면 됩니다. 그런데 저는 아이 옷(히트텍 티셔츠)을 거기에 두고 왔는데, 체크아웃 후에야 알아차렸어요. 정말 아쉬웠습니다!

우리는 여기서 2박을 머물렀는데 USJ에서 돌아왔을 때 청소실 직원에게 방을 청소하라고 말했음에도 불구하고 방은 청소되지 않았습니다.

A fuss free stay with good location. Room was pretty small and basic but pretty good price point for being near USJ.

Sudah berapa kali menginap di hotel ini. Meskipun hotel bintang 3 tapi ruangannya cukup besar, dekat jika mau ke Universal Studio, kamarnya bersih dan yang paling mengesankan saya membawa anak umur 10 tahun dan kena charge tapi keesokan harinya mereka menelepon ruangan saya untuk merefund tagihan saya karena saya lupa kalo saya sudah pesan kamar untuk 3 orang.

Hotel Keihan Universal Tower is perfect for family vacation. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 like us. The bathroom was spacious as well. The room amenities were kind of special with beautiful hairpins and colorful animal shaped bath sponges. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The sky restaurant (Top of Universal) was luxury with great views. The breakfast was premium with high quality and remarkably high taste. We would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Universal Studios Japan. We definitely would come back to this hotel in the future.

Luar biasa hotel keihan langsung menuju ke Universal Studio dan langsung turun dari station. Kamar luas di bawah hotel ada banyak tempat makan dan lawson dan shopping arcade.

The hotel is perfect to stay while you are visiting universal studio, it is easy to be reached. It is located by the theme park (I would say inside) and the rate is fair enough. You can find a food nearby or in the lobby. But like most of hotels in Japan, the room size is not big, just ok.

Waktu check-in harus nunggu lama banget. Cuma 2 orang yang layanin. 20 menit berdiri di antrian. Pas check-in juga resepsionisnya agak bingung karena pake aplikasi. Untungnya masih ada pesanannya. Kamar oke lokasi dekat banget dari stasiun kereta. Mantap hotel ada di kawasan Universal. Pulang dari USJ jadi enak dekat. Gak perlu jalan jauh-jauh.

The location is near USJ and train station, the room for three beds is great but not big enough, if we compare with three beds room at Ueno.

Pengalaman yang menyenangkan! kami menginap 3 malam 24 juni-27 juni. Kami melakukan 2 pemesanan karena kesalahan kami. Booking pertama check-in 24 juni dan chel out 26 juni lalu pemesanan ke dua check-in 26 juni dan check-out 27 juni. Mereka langsung menawarkan (sebelum kami minta) untuk tidak melakukan check-out lalu check-in ulang. Mudah dan cepat proses check-in dan check-out padahal saat kami check-in tamu dari mancanegara ada lebih dari 12 grup (dari bendera yang saya sempat hitung). Kamar yang luas dengan 5 bed single (kami ber. 5) dan masih ada tempat untuk taruh 4 koper besar juga AC kamar yang sangat senyap dan dingin serta disediak dingin dan kamar setiap hari dirapikan dengan luar biasa dengan fasilitas toileteries yang setiap hari di ganti juga tekanan air untuk mandi luar biasa. Hotel keihan universal tower tepat di atas stasiun jari universal tower yang memudahkan untuk melakukan perjalanan dengan menggunakan kereta dengan operator. Hotel location very near to the park, there are a lot of lockers in the hotel and they are free of charge. We can put out luggages after checkout before entering the park.. check in/out was fast and easy.

Very good location, just few steps from Universal City station and close to USJ
