방을 청소해 달라고 여러 번 요청했지만 한 번도 청소가 이루어지지 않았습니다.

이 아파트는 기차역이 바로 앞에 있고 시내 지역에 바로 위치해 있고 무료이므로 도시와 CBD를 둘러보는 데 많은 도움이 되므로 정말 편리합니다. 객실은 아늑하고 스토브, 숟가락, 접시, 냄비, 온수기, 다리미 등이 완비되어 있으며 여행할 때 정말 좋습니다. 다만, 여기서 가장 큰 단점은 객실 청소 직원과 고객이 같은 엘리베이터를 사용하면 엘리베이터가 너무 느리다는 것입니다. (엘리베이터는 2개인데 1개는 제가 이곳에 머무는 동안 유지 보수 중이어서 손상되었습니다.) 내 방. 2층에 있는데 하우스키핑 직원들이 물건 운반에 바쁘기 때문에 엘리베이터를 타고 방까지 20분 정도 기다려야 했습니다. 게다가 하우스키핑 직원은 이틀 동안 방을 청소하러 오지 않았고 수건도 갈아주지 않았습니다. 리셉션에 3명이 있는데도 고객 문제를 너무 느리게 해결합니다. (리셉셔니스트 1명만 게스트 체크인/아웃을 처리하고, 체크인 대기열에 아직 대기열이 있는데도 나머지 2명은 다른 일을 처리합니다.) 3개의 큰 여행 가방이 있고 그 뒤에는 성인 5명과 아기 2명 정도의 가족이 있습니다. 체크인하러 도착한 날은 손님이 2명밖에 없는데도 내 차례를 위해 30분 이상 줄을 서서 기다려야 했다. 이 두 가지 나쁜 점을 제외하면 다른 모든 것은 괜찮고 괜찮습니다. 아, 게다가 체크인 해준 여직원이 숙소 근처에 가볼 만한 메모와 재미있는 곳을 알려줘서 너무 친절하고 귀여웠어요. (이름은 잘 기억나지 않고 동양인이라는 것만 기억나요 ). 키가 크고 꽤 귀엽습니다)

The location is superb, however the room is rather small. Fortunately it is well ventilated with big windows.

Good value for money. This is a good place to stay in Melbourne CBD amid the living cost crisis. Can't find a better option at this price range.

If you are looking for accommodation in the city center with affordable prices and minimal facilities, this place is the right place.

Hotel ini sangat strategis, transportasi mudah, dekat kemana mana.

Room cleaning nya tidak bersih, malah karpet yang tadinya lumayan bersih jadi kotor seperti ada sisa-sisa tissue. AC/Heater kotor, waktunya di cuci. Selain itu oke saja, lokasi bagus. Karena dekat dengan stasiun trem.

We'll run hotel. Nice & clean. We paid extra for the convenience of overnight parking. Great location. Would recommend.

Have a construction work next door woke me up 7am. the whole stay. By night my next door a group of Indian girls in and out the room more than 5 times and shouting talking very loud noise between 10-11pm. The last day l face them told them you are not stay by yourself l stay here too so please down your voice.

While location was good, clear instructions not given on entry to car park. A resident had to tell us how to get in. Parking fee was A$25. Asked front office staff if other parking available outside but he was not helpful. Later we found street parking was available for free after 6pm. Apartment was small for 4. A single bed was placed in the lounge right next to the kitchenette. A refundable deposit of $100 required on check-in. No one picks up the phone when you call.

Good location but reception not kindness

We stayed here for six continuous weeks, and found our stay really comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed, so everything was always clean. Perfect location just two blocks away from Melbourne Central, near to various supermarkets for easy grocery shopping. Staffs are always helpful. We had a great stay!

My stay was awesome. Clean room. The hotel is near the cbd. But the highlight of the stay is the staff. They are so nice, they let us check in early and they are very helpful. For the money that we spent, it surely worth it.

Tram station is right in front of the hotel. Not far from free tram zone. Kitchen utensils are complete, including microwave, knife, plate, etc.

Super worth dengan harga dan fasilitasnya. Sudah tersedia kitchen set (beserta microwave dan toaster, serta peralatan masak dan makannya). Semua lantai tercover karpet tebal dan bersih. Kamar mandi pun bersih. Super recommended! Plus: dekat apartment ada 2 halte, bisa masuk kamar sebelum waktunya check-in (waktu itu saya masuk pukul 9 pagi), dan samping apartmentnya ada bubble tea enak!
