호텔은 제법 역사가 있는 것 처럼 보였으나, 모든 시설물이 깨끗하게 관리되고, 리셉션 직원들도 모두 친절하였습니다. 수영장의 애들 풀에는 따뜻한 물이 공급되어 애기 들이 놀기 좋았습니다. 근처에 upper mt gravatt 쇼핑센터와 한인마트가 있어 음식재료나 필요한 물건을 쉽게 살 수 있었습니다. 다만, 한국인들은 대중교통이 멀게 느껴져서 차가 있으면 더 좋을 듯 힙니다, 저희는 렌트했습니다.

가족여행으로 가시기 좋아요. 차를 렌트 하셨다면 더더욱 좋아요.

We stayed in the airstream glamping, it was absolutely amazing, everything you needed was right there, didn't have to leave, very clean, private, comfortable, and spacious, would recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning, 5 star

Our stay was great our 3 year old loved the mini golf and splash park highly recommended staying here if you have kids

The room was spacious and very clean,the beds and pillows were so comfy,the staff were amazing and very polite,the amenities were the best,stainless steal cookware and cutlery,they've thought of everything right down to fly spray and salt/pepper(things I normally take anyway)and even though the place is huge and there were a lot of people staying there, it is super quiet,I can't recommend this place highly enough,I am already planning a return trip..frequent trips back😊

The staff were super friendly, cabin great size for a family of 4- super clean and great amenities on premise. Only thing that let down our stay was the cafe/restaurant (which we found out is a completely separate entity). Food was not good quality in terms or offering or taste and not so friendly staff either in our opinion.

The staff are extremely helpful, the park is close to major shopping and entertainment and easy access to freeways. Amenities were great. Plastic drink ware is looking a little old. My only complaint.

Alfresco cabin was perfect size for our short stay. Well equipped kitchen and full size fridge. Clean & Tidy. Great pool and kids pool, putt putt and massive play ground. Also like the security of boom gated entry.

We stayed in a cosmos cabin. Very clean and tidy. Well laid out with everything you need. We will come back sometime.

Unfortunately we come right in the midst of the cyclone however communication was amazing as to what we were to expect. We loved the pool was sad it had closed once we started gettijg warnings of the cyclone but we totally understand! We did have to buy lots of spray etc to try and get rid of the ants. But definitely would recommend a stay and would stay again hopefully without a cyclone next time 😆

The pool and water area for kids is great be good to have playground closer to it

Very expensive and we had very bad experience . first of all there is no house keeping for stay less than 7 days. They dont have smart TV and there is no chrome cast. And they dont lishen to any request. Morning staff before 12AM is very rude. Zero customer service. The matress and bed very old . its like you are sleeping on springs. Very uncomfortable. The shower drainage was blocked and flooded when we shower. Will never book again. Very disappointed we waste our money and we were very uncomfortable.
