주요 상점가나 서퍼스 파라다이스 접근성이 좋고 무료 주차가 제공됨. 와이파이도 제공되지 않는다고 되어있으나 간단한 절차를 거친 후 무료로 사용 가능함. 전 객실에서 오션뷰가 가능한 것으로 보이며, 가장 저렴한 객실에서도 거실 한편에서 오션뷰가 가능함. 객실이 매우 깨끗한 편은 아니나 가족단위 여행객에게는 괜찮은 선택지임. 리셉션이 일찍 닫힐 경우 당황할 수 있으니 늦게 체크인 하는 경우 미리 연락하여 체크인 방법을 확인해야함. 차를 가져갈 경우 먼저 1층으로 입장한 후 체크인을 하여 키를 수령하면 지하주차장의 지정된 장소에 주차가 가능함. 직원들이 매우 친절했으며 재방문의사 있음.

This is an old apartment and a bit worn out and matured, the thing that make it better is the view to the ocean. Its spacious and it has everything that we need to stay, it has washing machine, dish washer, dryer microwave, stove and everything else. It can be very cold in winter months and the air conditioner at maximum helped a bit to heat up the living room, but not the bedrooms. It is chilly in the bedrooms. Water heater is only good for showering, but when you use for bathing in bath tub, it will turn cold. But aside from all those negatives, we wer quite enjoying it.
