Very clean and the staff was pleasant.

Rooms are outdated, very minimal tv channels, breakfast was gross

Stayed 3 nights here and used Bismarck as a base to explore North Dakota. Hotel was clean albeit a little tired. Cool indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is grab and go style with microwaveable options for hot food. Small bar area. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Checkin was quick and easy. Rooms were sizable and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. No rush or stains anywhere. Loved it!

Internet connection is horrible

We’ve stayed here in the past. The hotel needs a facelift and more attention to maintenance. Warped bathroom door in our room, curtains on window when pulled showed backsides were stained with brown stains., cracked countertop in women’s bathroom on first floor by the pool.

Friendly staff and quick check in. Good size room and clean. However, the shower tub does not drain very well. Overall we had a good stay!

The room we had was dated. The room had a musty smell and the AC unit was pretty loud and didn’t really cool well.

Room stinks, bed was uncomfortable

Staff was very nice and hospitable. Rooms were fine, nothing fancy. Location very close, walking distance, to multiple places like food and the mall. On a busy road, so some noise but I couldn’t hear anything from the hall in our room.

My husband and I love it here we stay here at least once a month. The staff is amazing. It’s close to our favorite restaurants and shopping.

Bed was the absolute best!

Great place to stay with kids.

First impression not great as reception staff were sitting with their feet up in the back office! Nice outdoor area but no tables or chairs so unable to enjoy it. Otherwise what you would expect from a chain motel. Eco credentials non existant as everything disposable with no attempt to recycle.

Overall I was disappointed, the place has no closets to hang clothes, overall rooms were run down, room cleaning happened early around 10 am. I will only stay in north Bismarck from here on out!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Room smelled like someone had had a cigarette at some point but not horrible and overall it was very good! We’d stay there again!
