후기를 보면 동루이스 다리 뷰가 좋다고 해서 예약했는데, 동루이스 다리 뷰를 가진 방은 몇개 없는 것 같습니다. 변경을 요청했지만 동루이스 다리 뷰를 가진 방이 없다고 해서 그냥 묵었어요. 호텔 자체의 규모나 시설은 아주 훌륭합니다. 크고, 깨끗하고, 시설들도 아주 좋습니다. 위치도 강변에서 아주 가까워서 강변 산책하기에도 좋습니다. 가격 값은 하는 호텔입니다. 포르투 중앙역과는 도보도 가능하긴 하지만 거리가 좀 있습니다. 다른 관광지들도 도보로 커버가 가능하긴 하지만 어린 자녀가 있거나 하면 대중교통을 이용하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

바닥이 마루바닥이구요.. 샤워실은 부스 문이 없어 물이 넘치기도 합니다;; 0층이 바 근처라 시끄러워서 덜 시끄러운 곳으로 방 교체해주셨구요.. 밖에서 넘어져서 냉찜질이 필요해 얼음을 요청했는데 미니바 이용으로 5유로 청구된거 같네요.. 미리 알려주셨으면 좋으련만~^^;;; 체크인 때 Raphael이 친절하게 포르투 안내해주셔서 감사 인사 전합니다~ 전 캐리스 호텔에서 운영하는 아파트에서 3박 후 여기 와서 3박했는데.. 호텔이라 안정감은 있지만.. 예약이 가능하다면 거실, 부엌 있는 넓은 아파트에서 숙박하고 싶네요~

가격 대비 가치는 별로입니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 위치이며 그 외에 호텔 시설이나 직원들의 응대 등은 아쉬웠습니다. 이 가격이면 주변에도 좋은 호텔 많으므로 차라리 다른 곳에 묵는 것을 추천합니다.

전체적으로 만족하였습니다. ^^ 아늑하고.. 바로 앞에 트램 정류장이 있어서 좋았습니다. 단점은 조식이 그닥 먹을 게 없었네요~~

Prós: Café da manhã delicioso, muitas opções e tudo muito gostoso. Quartos confortáveis. Atendimento eficeinte. Ar condicionado bom. Roupa de cama e de banho macias. Tudo sempre limpo. Localização excelente. Contras: o banheiro poderia melhorar - o secador é fraco e difícil de usar, as amenities disponiveis são ruins (um shampoo/condicionador/sabonete líquido). A TV não é smart. Não tem estacionamento e os estacionamentos próximas são muito caros. Poucos elevadores para muitos apartamentos.

The location for this hotel is perfect. Easy access to bridges, restaurants, Hop on-Hop off bus, shops. Front staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean.

Room was overall clean, it can be noisy, you can hear the neighbours. Here’s a big one: WIFI didn’t work the whole time we were there, and staff just says: we will let “them” know. I definitely don’t think it’s a 4- star hotel. Location is great though. Be aware that the safe is not bolted in, so someone can walk off with the safe. Room is quite dated. Staff also wasn’t too friendly in comparison with all the other hotels we stayed at in Portugal.

I love the location.

The property is in a perfect location however the rooms are small, ill equipped for accommodating wardrobe and the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. We could not get a good nights sleep due to the terrible mattresses. My husband slept on the small sofa due to his back issues. Additionally, the bathroom was poorly lit, not suitable for grooming.

The location was awesome but my room was disappointing. It was on the first floor and didn’t have a window. There was a door that opened to a brick wall. The room and bathroom were very dark, even depressing. The air conditioning was excellent, the hot water came and went. The WiFi was slow and went down for a day making it difficult to get anything done.

Best part of this hotel is its location... Our room (323) was small and with an eave ceiling. We could not stand up in one corner of the room. The "carpet" was filthy. This property needs a big upgrading.

Second time staying here. The location is fantastic - so many amazing restaurants and bars nearby, and very close to the river. Staff are really friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The only negatives are, if you are in a street facing room, it can be very noisy at night. And the gym is poorly equipped with some machines broken.

This hotel is perfect in terms of location. We had 2 nights here exploring Porto. Uber from the station and back and after that everything was easily walkable. We didnt have breakfast as felt it too expensive but found plenty elsewhere closeby. Room was spacious, although the internal window into the bathroom was somewhat unusual....thankfully we found the blind! Would definitely stay again.

Quarto razoável, banheiro apertado, limpeza do espaço não foi boa, embaixo da cama estava bem sujo, toalhas com aspecto de encardidas. Valor estadia bem alto.

The location is excellent. The hotel looked lovely but there were few amenities in the room. We had to ask for a kettle, even though the base was there. No shower cap, q-tips etc, no robes, no face/ wash clothes. They were even charging a euro to look after a suitcase. For a 4* hotel this is disappointing.

Godt hotel og god morgenmad. Det passer dig ikke til et 4* hotel at udsigten fra værelset var til en mur 1 m fra vinduet.
