Staff couldn't have been anymore rude when I checked in there was two bugs on the bed the blinds were broken and only covered half the window

The room was dirty. Greas or something on the headboard, sheets had stains, blood stain on curtains. Did not stay. They told me they would refund me but after a week they had not.

1. Breakfast was advertised, but it’s a lie, no breakfast 2. Staffs are indifferent, it seems they don’t care. 3. Worst hotels, spend more for another hotel. 4. Replaced the staff right away

Staff was not helpful. My reserved room was a king sized bed and large room. I was instead given a tiny room with a twin sized bed that had a very thin coil spring mattress. The springs were not cushioned making the night quite uncomfortable with the springs poking through. I've not slept on a coil spring mattress like that for more than 50 years. The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose, the shower head was partially plugged, and the carpet appeared to not have been vacuumed for some time. The lock on the door was broken making it impossible to secure the room adequately. When I went down in the morning the advertised breakfast was non-existent, as was any trace of a simple cup of coffee. I asked about coffee and was told that it "had been out," but was not any longer. I asked about a price adjustment because of the extreme room downgrade and was told that was impossible. I needed a place to stay that night and this was the only place with availability because of a convention in town. I now see why. Will not be back.

If you have no where else to go to crash for a night , this would be your last resort, very old, out dated , things falling off the wall, zero amenities, no fridge, microwave, iron box, wall mirror that worked. or claimed breakfast . Rooms are dirty carpet smell. Looks like a place to rent by the hour. There is coffee all you can get. Not even water even to buy not available. For $170/night I'm sure you should be able to find better options. The good AC worked. Staff zero communication no hello, or good by it's like they were there just to get the desk going.

The operator a should be ashamed of themselves and this property should be condemned. Our room was not cleaned from the previous guests and I was told there’s nothing they can do with the shoulder shrug. Toilet hasn’t been cleaned since who knows when with stains upon stains upon stains. The bed was three boxspring mattresses with sheets over top. Then the blood and questionable fluids on the walls were concerning. Again, shoulder shrugs. How is this even allowed? I do want my money back. This place is criminal

Reception guy was helpful

Traveling for business and upon check-in we discovered bedbugs in the room. Not only that but the rest of the room was filthy and in disrepair. We immeditately informed the front desk staff who didn't believe us. We showed them pictures and requested a refund but were denied. We checked out and had to reschedule our entire trip. Terrible experience and we would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

property was in really bad condition specially bedroom were depressed all the painting were taken out of the rooms and rooms were not at all .No doubt staff was polite

The room was spacious and the location was good.

THERE WERE PEOPLE FIGHTING OUT LOUD AND THERE WERE NO SECURITY PERSONNEL

Run down hotel, hallways are dirty, windows are dirty. My room had dried blood on the sheets. Christmas lights are still up, parking lot is dilapidated and part of the building is falling in on itself. There are plenty of good hotels to stay in at that price in Saskatoon. I asked to use the washroom as I was coming in and the person at the desk told me it was too dirty to use…well, clean it -‘d take pride in your job. Sad that a fairly new hotel looks like a piece of junk. I was grateful that I was by myself and not travelling with my family. Do not stay here. It’s obviously a front for soemthing and they couldn’t care less about running a decent business.

the staff was communication sucks. The rooms had holes in the walls. Our room the carpet was sticky.The air conditioner was good. The other thing that was good was the comfy beds. Lots of parking but rough neighborhood

Everything about this place is awful. Leaking taps, a/c didn't work, BEDBUGS, human (I hope) hair all over my pillows. Blood in the shower, absolutely disgusting and horrific.

The first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned. The second one the toilet kept running and the phone didn't work. Couldn't provide a receipt.

No a good place to stay won't recommend to anyone to stay here

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms

the staff was friendly and helpfull, the room was clean and comfortable, had a few problems with the tv, the only real problem was a big fight between a guy and a woman in the next room and while they fought at a very high volumn their little one screamed their head off... hard to sleep for a couple of hours. Walking distance from St Pauls hospital. overall a good experience
