Very nice host, quiet village, clean room, lovely breakfast :)

We had a wonderful time at this B&B. The location is out in the country and that is exactly what were were looking for. The property has many bird feeders which draws a host of different ones in and is absolutely lovely to watch. The couple that runs the B&B is very kind, conversational, and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

So much more than just a place to sleep Lovely hostess and lovely situation, really enjoyed watching the birds at the feeders from our room, and from the breakfast room. Room and bed comfy and warm, nice hot water for the shower and bath.

Excellent cozy bedroom, tasty food and a nice warm touch to everything. Would definitely recommend !

We used this b&b for a short visit in the area and we're very pleased with our stay. It's based 3 miles from the lovely criccieth and 5 to Porthmadog so pretty well located for this part of Wales. Our room was large enough for us and our daughter, beds comfortable, shower good, drinks facilities and views from our room were pretty impressive, we also enjoyed watching the multitude of birds feeding under our window. The best bit has to be the amazing host, lovely, welcoming lady, she offered us a fresh pot of tea and coffee on arrival and she knows how to make a great breakfast, there was also plenty of other choices like fruit, yoghurts, cereal etc which our daughter went for, Weetabix, Nutella on toast and a bowl of fresh fruit, excellent all round.

Such a lovely welcoming B&B! Lovely lounge with roaring fire for guests use, rooms and beds comfy and clean, breakfasts are amazing, and host lovely. We stayed in the double room with twin beds - the twin beds are in a separate room, which is a great bonus!

Break fast excellent , plenty of choices, and all really lovely, food can be cooked anyway you choose eg poached ,fried scrambled, fresh fruit and juices.

Lovely place to stay. Clean rooms, Great Breakfasts and such a lovely lady. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely peaceful setting. Lovely breakfast plenty of choice. Plenty of parking. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated an attentive host. It was a perfect base for us to use during our stay, as it was in the vicinity of Porthmadog and Criccieth which is where we were going at that point in our trip. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had.

A rural retreat that’s clean and does the job . The property itself is rather tired & outdated looking and has a few moths flying about but that’s just superficial detail - it’s a pleasant stay overall.

Only stayed the one night,but was delighted by my choice. Only had other reviews to go on,but they were right,it was excellent in every respect. One of my main concerns was a good breakfast,as we had a full day ahead of us. No need to worry. We had an excellent full English,with equally excellent coffee. Would have absolutely no hesitation in returning.

Lovely stay, so quiet, peaceful, ideal location to get to all the areas of interest. You really are out in nature in all its glory, with besutiful views. My lungs have never felt so clear! Coming from London, its truly the best place for some much needed peace and quiet with no pollution, and a really slowed down pace. Staff are friendly, helpful, but not overbearing, which is great. Lovely cooked breakfast, and all tbe extras you nay want such as fruit, yogurt etc. All areas are very clean and comfy. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.
