Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Camera spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. La prima colazione ricca, varia e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Il personale della sala colazioni è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Lo staff alla reception merita un elogio per la professionalità e la cordialità: pronti ad assistere con un sorriso e a fornire consigli utili sulla zona. In definitiva, un soggiorno perfetto. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Beautiful view and walkable to downtown.

The hotel is modern and the staff are very accommodating. It’s also right next to the beach. If you are going out of season be aware lots of things are closed, especially the restaurants. They only open two days a week out of season. Don’t let this put you off though. It’s a beautiful location. We used it as a stop of between Napoli and Rome.

Great hotel! Beds are comfortable and clean. New mattress. Nice hotel. Great spa! Breakfast was amazing! Beach was 5 minute walk! Would definitely go back!

Big, modern hotel that is clean and comfortable. Great spa to relax in and very friendly staff. The breakfast selection was a little disappointing but that was minor. Overall excellent.

Reception staff upon arrival not very helpful but amazing location near the beach and town walking distance. Great swimming pool outside with amazing service and housekeeping services were excellent would definitely recommend

O hotel é próximo da praia, mas não oferece estrutura. Não há auxílio com as malas e possui uma escada para acesso à recepção. No quarto da minha irmã havia uma lagartixa, o hotel é razoável, nem bom nem ruim. Possui uma café da manhã bem simples.

Vorrei conoscere la valenza dell’allocuzione ANIMALI AMMESSI ( tra i filtri inseriti nella ricerca e riportati alla voce servizi offerti) - al nostro arrivo con il cane ( piccola taglia) ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto avvisare in anticipo via mail o per telefono ( cosa che sul vostro sito non sono riuscito a trovare ) - in più per il cane ci hanno informato che bisogna pagare 20 euro ( sul sito questa circostanza non è menzionata) - il cane non può entrare in sala colazione ( anche questa circostanza non è scritta sul sito). Cosa ancor più grave è che NON sono riportati gli ingredienti e gli allergenici dei prodotti disponibili nel buffet della colazione. Da ultimo i prodotti per la cura della persona 2 shampoo, no bagnoschiuma e una sola cuffia doccia.

The property was nice and in a great location, close to the beach, historical areas and walkable to restaurants and shops. My overall review is only good, because the air did not work in our room and it was extremely hot all night long. We called the front desk a few time and they couldn’t do anything about it, however I am sure there was an empty room we could have been moved to. I booked it based on recommendations from family that stayed previously and would try it again if I’m ever in the area.

Fint firestjerners hotell beliggende rett ved Serapostranden. God men enkel frokost - god kaffe, men savnet noe så enkelt som tomater og agurker. Fint bassengområde med grei liten bar. Veldig imøtekommende og hyggelig personale. Eneste skuffelse var middag i restauranten.

Ottima posizione fronte spiaggia del Serapo con un mare splendido. Piscina discreta tutto sommato. Per essere un quattro stelle mi aspettavo una piscina un po' più curata. Aveva una scaletta rotta ad esempio. Camere molto belle con balconcino vista mare. Ottima anche la pulizia. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci hanno anche consentito di usufruire della piscina anche prima del check in e dopo il check out. Unica pecca: uno degli ascensori era rotto. Ne rimaneva solo uno per le esigenze di quattro piani.
