It is good location and easily find out. there is big bay which is able to swim and running so good. And the restaurant provides nice food. but frontdesk is not working 24 hours.

오션뷰라고 했는데, 정확하게는 주차장뷰이었습니다. 곰곰히 살펴 보니, 어느 호실에서 묵어도 오션뷰라는 단어가 주는 정확한 의미가 전달되지는 않을 듯 합니다. 보이기는 보입니다, 잘 보면 보입니다. 가격대에 비하여 많은 부분이 기준 이상입니다. 하지만, 세면대는 세수를 할만한 위치가 아니었고, 원래의 목적과는 다르게 숙박객을 받기 위해 개조된 느낌이어서 잠들기 전까지 모든 것이 조금씩 어색하였습니다, 다른 객실은 모르겠지만, 제가 묵은 객실은 그랬습니다.

The whole hotel was exceptional.

Clean and quiet room. Basic facilities but great location to start Gt Ocean Road drive. Odd the hotel did not serve breakfast in their restaurant

It would be good to have breakfast at the restaurant.

Amazing location close to beach, kids playground and walking paths. Room was spacious and tidy. Our kids loved the pool.

Christmas day staff very accommodating and friendly

No one was available at check in so I might have given another star if we knew some of these issues. Worst was the 10a checkout which we were told at 9a when there was finally someone at the desk. Also bad was the thermostat not working. That was not an emergency so we just were cold. Heads up the HVAC is not central so even if it was working, the bedroom will not have heat or air. Last (there’s more but you get the idea), there was construction in the morning that we were not told about so there was a horrible racket and strangers looking in our window this morning. With the poor/non service do not stay here

Good location, clean and updated

It was good although there is an ant problem . We had ants in the bathroom and small kitchen area. Reception notified. Close to beach and parks. Good location

Beautiful ocean view. 3 bedrooms make everyone sleep well

This is my second time here. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and everything was as it should be. The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the very steep stairs to get to the rooms! Oh, and I would have liked proper salt and pepper rather than 2 little packs of them. Not enough to cook pasta with! Fortunately, we had our own. All in, loved it, and hope to be back!

This is out place of choice. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Has all the cooking faclities for a small family.

Well equiped and comfortable but a lot of late night driving noise, sounded like drag racing and continued onto the early hours of the morning.

Great accommodation and location, loved the spa bath, comfy bed, great decor and really well equipped apartment, and the friendly staff really made our weekend away amazing!

Ladybay resort is in an ideal position and where you want to be if you like the beach, walking tracks and paths. Hotel accomodation was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Parking can be a bit tight as there is not a lot of room available. Happy with our stay and will stay here again
