Excellent property. We opted for half board as it was a reasonable price and found the food was pretty good. Choose a room with a sea view if you can, great to sit at night watching sunset and people coming & going on promenade. The area around the hotel is immaculate, they use a leaf blower to clear sand off promenade & jetwash the road & pavements! Although Expedia offer free room upgrade, the hotel seem to be unaware of this, so you may need to push for this, we only got the money back from our upgrade when we returned home & after lots of communications.

Sehr viele Pauschalreisende im Hotel und sehr grosses Hotel, welches teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Fantastiskt hotell med helt rätt läge och faciliteter. Dock har hotellet alldeles för få solsängar, det är den enda nackdelen, tyvärr en mycket stor sådan. Det finns gott om plats, men köp in ett 30-tal ytterligare solsängar så är nog alla nöjda :)”

Super god oplevelse af det hele.

Le seul bémol étant l’offre alimentaire pas super qualitative et peu variée - nous aurions préféré une proposition moins abondante mais plus orientée sur la qualité avec la présence de plus de fruits que tous ces déserts colorés et trop sucrés - le personnel n’est toujours très accueillant dans la zone restaurant il faut choisir sa zone pour être certaine d’être bien accueilli - Et cet espace de restauration est bruyante et peu accueillante - le reste de l’hôtel est bien, les espaces sont propres , l’insonorisation des chambres et couloirs n’est pas au top ! Parfait pour 3-4 nuits

I’d say this was an average at best stay. Had to change rooms after 1 night due to a very very bad smell in our first room. I think there was an issue with the drainage or water system. Was also told that the air conditioning could not be turned on as other guests “found it cold”…..we had an 8 month old baby with us and her thermometer said it was 26 degrees at night!! How is she meant to sleep in that!!? After pleading with the staff they finally turned the AC on for our last night. Was also told that there were no parking spaces left in the nearby multi-story car park of which I could take advantage of the discounted prices. All in all, not a great experience at all. The staff were nice - that’s about the only positive!

Nice hotel and perfect location! The staff in the lobby and restaurant are really rude! No one says “hello” when you walk past them, and when you ask for help they get annoyed at you. The cleaning is nothing but “okay”, we got dirty towels one day. All in all, not worth the money. We will not come back!

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten demnächst modernisiert werden. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr gut. Essenangebot war gut und die Qualität für Buffet in Ordnung. Preisleistung haben für mich gestimmt. Lage und Ausblick sind überragend.

The hotel room was small and did not have many options of additional things such as room service and minibar. The TV did not work at all and we complained but we were leaving the next day so there was not enough time for a resolution. Besides that the room was clean and OK overall. The location is what makes up for it as there is a lot to do around and the view is beautiful.

Great hotel, immaculate rooms and common areas, modern decor, great food

Excellent location overlooking the sea in middle of Port Soller Very clean, efficiently run. Always a great stay. Highly recommend.

Hotellets belliggenhed er super. Tæt på havet. Maden var ok, uden at være mere end tilfredsstillende. Øv at de kager de har i udbud smager kunstige, da de er præfabrikerede. Måske at 2 hjemmelavede kager hver aften, kan gøre en forskel ? TV virkede ikke de 2 nætter vi boede på hotellet. Gjorde opmærksom på deyte første aften. Blev lovet at det ville blive udskiftet dagen efter - skete ikke. Til prisen pr overnatning kan vi ikke anbefale hotellet.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Hotel Eden und total begeistert. Einfach alles dort ist top - bis auf das Essen. Das Frühstück im Süden ist immer unter Vorbehalt- darauf legen wir Deutsche viel Wert…der Südländer aber nicht. Von daher wollen wir da mal nicht so kleinlich sein…Aber das Abendessen (in Buffetform) war wirklich nicht gut. Außer die Paella 😃 das Hotel hat uns dennoch sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sicher wieder, essen kann man auch woanders!

Not cycle friendly.

I especially loved the big balcony overlooking the bay. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect, except the heating system. It was too hot and I was not able to adjust it. Great location, nice service. I would recomment.
