Brilliant breakfast, the best continental I have had. Great choice and service Bed was comfortable, room cosy, and plenty of self service tea n coffee options. Only problem in the room was that the tv remote would not control the tv, so had to go to the tv to change channel's etc.. I did teport this but nothing was done!

Welcomed in nicely car parking very tight Food in restaurant outstanding - superb taste and good value Room excellent - better than last time I stayed -chose a better room ! On the negative then someone else parked selfishly in the carpark making it extremely precarious to get out - should have been stopped and was charged at dinner for something i didn't have - only noticed today

Not the best entrance via the back door and steep narrow stairs to the rooms.

Very tight parking space but ok, stayed in the Huntingdon room, which only has a slated blind in window, there was a curtain rail but No curtains therefore light shined through all night from the building nearby, the room adjacent has some sort of water issue bubbling constantly, So overall had very little sleep. Will not return!

Good hotel room for a very reasonable price, and the restaurant is top drawer

Very friendly Italian restaurant with rooms. The room was comfortable and a good size, but was adjacent to the toilets the restaurant guests used. I came out of my room a couple of times just as men were coming out the gents which was a bit off putting. The room was clean and comfortable if a tiny bit dated. The food and the service in the restaurant was very good although i was a bit sad to find myself eating alone for most of my meal in the annex as the restaurant was I assume full. My biggest complaint was that the music while dining in the annex was very loud, but I felt a bit too embarrassed to ask them to turn it down, two ladies were also eventually shown to a table near me and did ask. It was a lot more bearable then. Breakfast was a continental buffet whcih was fresh and very nice. Overall a very nice place to stay and very easy with the restaurant downstairs.

Lovely hotel with rooms above an Italian restaurant within walking distance of Loughborough town centre. Staff were also lovely and very helpful and welcoming. Meal in the restaurant was also lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Last minute booking, and there was only 1 room available. It was a gorgeous room, with luxurious features, including a 4 poster bed, and free standing bath. The restaurant is an authentic Italian and the menu was sublime, which oozed quality - both in the ingredients and presentation, all served very attentively. The breakfast in the morning had plenty of continental options too, a full English was an optional extra.

Arrived late in the day and the hosts were very welcoming and we settled in quickly. Very nice and spacious room and we were accommodated for food in the restaurant without any fuss at all.

Clean, comfortable, very accommodating, delicious food in the restaurant. Free parking! I had an early flight and the owner allowed me in before check in time. It was a hot day and room was very hot but they had a fan in the room which eased the heat slightly

Good value, central location.

Couldn't get in - flight was delayed and unable to get any response from number on booking to advise I would need a late check in. Ended up stranded in town having to find a hotel that caters for business
