ห้องน้ำไม่ดี ฝักบัวน้ำกระจายเต็ม

1. When I call to ask anything I booked are OK or not they tell me, I should call them again. 2. When I checked in they let me waiting for Make a mattress for an extra bed long time and they did not tell me when it ' s done. 3. When I checked out they tell me waiting for check the room and yes long time and they did not tell me when it ' s done also, Even though I'm the only one sitting there waiting for them.

โรงแรมอยู่ติดกับชายหาดเพียงแค่เดินข้ามถนนไป ห้องพักกว้าง เตียงใหญ่ สระว่ายน้ำสวย อยู่ติดถนนหน้าหาด ใกล้ร้านอาหาร ใกล้เซเว่น ใกล้ตลาดกลางคืน

Srisukan pas di dekat pantai, wilayah bar dan Pantai Ao Nang. Pastiin aja jumlah penghuni kamar sesuai dengan pesanan dan konfrimasi kedatangan sebelum ke Hotel karena petugas hotel agak bingung saat pertama kali ditunjukan Voucher aplikasi.

ห้องพักดีครับ พนักงานตอนรับดีมาก

กลิ่นห้องน้ำและกลิ่นปลอกหมอนไม่สดชื่นเลยค่ะ แต่พนักงานก็โอเคนะคะ ไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปมาเพราะไม่ค่อยประทับใจค่ะ

ห้องสะอาด อาหารโอเค ที่จอดรถน้อยไปหน่อย ดีที่อยู่ใกล้ร้านอาหารและติดทะเล

ก็ดีนะคะ รวมๆ ห้องพักดีมาก คือเพอร์เฟกมาก เลิศทุกอย่าง แต่อาหารเช้าตัวเลือกน้อยไปนิดค่ะ อยาดให้หลากหลายและมีแอร์ค่ะในก้องอาหาร นั่งทานค่อนข้างจะร้อน

จ่ายค่าที่พักลูกเพิ่ม วันละ300฿ (อายุ5ขวบ) เค้าบอกว่าเป็นบุคคลคลที่ 3 ตามโพลิซี่ ของ รร. เสียค่าลงสระเราก่ แปลกใจปกติ จองรร.ตั้งแต่ 3-5ดาว เค้าไม่เคยคิดแม้เแต่ค่าอาหารเช้าก่ไม่เคยต้องเสีย สภาพห้องก่พอใช้ได้คะ พื้นห้องน้ำกระเบื้องดูสกปรกไปนิด

เป็นครั้งที่2ที่ไปพัก บริการดีมากเหมือนเดิม พนักงานน่ารักทุกคนเลยคะ สอบถามได้ทุกอย่าง มีบริการรถรับ-ส่งสนามบินให้ด้วย ดีมากๆคะ

Comfy and tidy hotel. But the front liner should be more flexible (gentler) in some way to treat guest. But overall it was a pleasant short stay. Thank you

พนักงานให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดีคะ พูดจาไพเราะสะอาด อาหารเช้าอร่อย

The room was facing sewage area and the balcony was smelling of sewage so we couldn’t sit and and the balcony. The staff refused to give us extra water which is something we have never encountered in a hotel before (we travel a lot). The breakfast was unsatisfactory, to say the least, and lacked variety. Moreover, the rooms were very minimalistic and not to the standard of a 4 star hotel.

While we have already mentioned about checking early when we booked, the manager refused to let us check in early. While we came back at 2pm to check in, she kept us waiting to take a guy (an European) to his room although that guy came after us. A little bit racist. And the Garden View turned out to be a parking lot view with a bunch of unwashed towel. We had to closed the curtain all day since it look horrible. Worst experience ever. The good thing is the resort close to the beach and walking street. But honestly, I'll never come back here

ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า มีฝุ่น แต่การบริการดีมาก อาหารอร่อย

Upon check-in, the hotel staff told me that connecting rooms are not available as request, even though I argued with her with regards to the travel agent arrangement. To add further insult, I was forced to pay additional Baht 1,200 for 3 nights (without additional bed or breakfast) for my 8 years old child who is sharing with me and my wife the existing queen size bed arrangement!!

พนักงานบริการดี มีรองเท้าแตะ กระเป๋าพลาสติกหิ้ว และร่ม ให้ยืมได้ อาคารสะอาดดี มีทั้งสระน้ำคอลีน และน้ำเกลือให้เลืกใช้บริการตัวอาคารที่เข้าที่พักมีลิฟท์ ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องสัญญาณ intenet ที่เชื่อมต่อยากและต่องเชื่อมต่อทุก 2 ชม

there were many empty room but did not give until 2 o'clock 😪
