The reception man on Sunday (19 Feb) evening was rude. I think he even don't suite to work on a hospitality industry at all. He serves me very bad and rude. Very rude. Maybe management of this Hotel can see through cctv the way he spoke with me on 19 Feb around 4pm. But the lady reception who stand by at the reception before him, was very nice and polite. She even helped me to order Taxi and she offered me some drinks while I wait the Taxi come.
