Terrible employee in frontdesk. I made 2 different resevation. One was standatd and the other was suite. They gave me same room which was standard even though I informed her my diffrent reservation. Very lazy and unkind woman. I will not visit here again.

Rug was sticky, toilet paper holder falling off wall. Large cockroach on bathroom floor. Manager was great in dealing with it.

Love everything about the room and the comfort of having my pet around was very appreciated.

Staff were amazing, room was extremely clean!!

Just a weekend getaway to close out the season before winter hits. I enjoy the Finger Lakes and I usually end up staying in Horseheads.

Overall it was a great stay but one of the beds sheets has a yellow "pee" stain and I had to smell it to be sure it was clean and not left there. But it smelled laundered! Also down side no pool. Staff was super friendly!

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Lobby was clean, smelled amazing, room was clean, beds were soooo cozyyy. It was a perfect stay. Will definitely be back

A lot of floor noise as well as a feeling of poor quality construction in the building itself. Refrigerator had a loud squeal when ever it would run. Just not a very comfortable hotel.

Nice check in. Bed not comfortable with a thick too warm duvet. Shower head not adjustable

Great and affordable! I was there for a week and my room had a full kitchen which was very handy and convenient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Definitely worth staying at Candlewood again.

Unfortunately, no breakfast is served at this motel. Bummer!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was large, bed was comfy and shower was great! Only issue was the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way properly.

the bed was comfortable. we could here people walking above us. i probably will not stay there again.
