전망은 엉망이였으며 객실물 제공이 안됩니다. 일층 셀프코너에서 구입가능합니다.

만족합니다. 다만, 욕실에 핸드워시와 바다샴푸가 비어있었고, 손수건이 갗추어져 있지않고 구겨진 사용한 손수건이 변기 구석에 놓여있던 점은 개선해야할 사항입니다.

마음에들었음. 도로쪽 숙소는 제법시끄러웟음. 조식 무난했고. 직원들도 친절했음. 무료로제공되는 물없음. 실내 슬리퍼또한 제공되지않음...

시내에서 서쪽으로 조금 떨어져 있지만 쾌적하고 조용하고 여유있는 룸과 깨꿋한 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 트램에 익수해지면 쿄통도 편리하고 쇤부룬궁전이 가깝고 좋았음

룸 업그레이드를 해주어 더욱 편하게 쉬고 온 호텔 쉔부른 궁전 근처의 한적함과 여유로움을 느낄 수 있었다

깨끗하고 편안한 호텔

허니문으로 호텔 예약 했다고하니 룸업그레이드와 라운지 이용을 제공해주었습니다. 위치는 쇤부른궁전이랑 도보 5분정도? 쇤부른 자체가 워낙 도심하고 조금 떨어져있지만 지하철이나 트램으로 충분히 이용가능해서 위치적으로도 좋았고 직원분들도 엄청 친절하고 좋았습니다. 조식또한 여러가지 메뉴로 이용하기 좋았고 무엇보다 룸이 깨끗하고 아늑해서 좋았습니다

Lage direkt an stark befahrener Straße. Nachts ständig Autolärm.

Quite mediocre obviously trying to squeeze out value everywhere. Not worth it. Also breakfast too expensive for what it is.

Dil probleminden kaynakli olabilir cunku sandık ki mini bar vs icin ödeme aliniyor ama uygulama uzerinden ödeme yapmiş olmamiza ragmen odeme alındı. Iptal edemediler, iade surecine girdi. Her iki odanın lavabosu da tıkalıydı. Teknik ekip bekledik. Sorun çözüldü ancak hoş değildi. TV kumandasi o kadar kirliydi ki el sürmek istemedik zaten pili de bitmişti. Odalardan birinin cam kapısı bozuktu, tamir edilemedi, oda degistirilmedi, odayı havalandiramadik. Otopark icin yarim saatine 20 Euro, 12 saat icin 32 EUro ödedik. Yatak, yorgan, yastiklar rahatti. Oda büyüklüğü iyiydi. Standart odada kaldık. Konum olarak merkeze ( katedralin oraya) 15-20 dk uzaklıkta Daha düşük yildizli otellerde daha iyiydik açıkçası.

Es ist doch sehr hellhörig, Türen knallen was man gefühlt durch das ganze Haus hört. Die Bänke im Speisesaal sind sehr durchgesessen. Alles in allem hätte ich es mir für den Preis besser vorgestellt

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Zuerst hat man uns sehr nett empfangen, sogar mit einem Gepäcksservice bis zum Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und man hat uns bei der Ankunft gleich gesagt, dass sie jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt werden und man sich gerne melden soll, wenn man etwas braucht. Unsere Zimmer wurden sogar täglich ohne Fragen gesäubert. Wenn man ankommt, sollte man zuerst vor das Hotel fahren, die Parkkarte bezahlen und dann erst in die Tiefgarage fahren. Das Buffet hatte alles was man sich nur wünschen konnte. Sehr viel Brotauswahl, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Rührei, Speck uvm. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter waren general absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man konnte am Abend unten Essen in der Hoteleigenen Bar, auch das hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Zur Straßenbahn musste man entweder eine Minute durch den schönen Park vor dem Hotel gehen oder in die andere Richtung oberhalb des Hotels. Beides ohne Probleme erreichbar. Schloss Schönbrunn ist auch innerhalb weniger gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt auch einen weiteren Park der Straße gegenüber in dem man super spazieren gehen kann. Verstehe die Kritik überhaupt garnicht. Wir fanden es wirklich einen schönen Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

We loved our stay at the Doubletree. Spacious rooms, with easy access to Schonbrunn palace, and accommodating staff. For kids in particular - plenty of room to keep strollers in the room, great infant bed, and a bathtub the littles can use. We would gladly stay again with our family of four.

We got greeted by the reception and asked if we would like our welcome cookie. Where was directed to the room and on entering the room it was lovely clean tidy and to a high standard . In our room we had a safe and a fridge no coffee machine but a tea and coffee tray. The rooms get cleaned every two days which is fine with us. The bar meals is a limited menu. Was impressed with the A/C in the rooms. The transport links just outside the hotel are frequent and accessible. Would highly recommend this hotel to any couple.

The hotel was a very nice place to stay at, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot to offer. The location was decent to and walking distance was handy. I definitely recommend it
