Lovely setting for an overnight stay after a 5 hr drive. Great food and lovely staff. Didn’t like the flimsy plastic party glasses in the room. Glass or solid plastic one are more in keeping and more useable.

Everyone employee we met, was welcoming, helpful, and looked like they enjoyed working here. Rooms are perfectly adequate and comfy for a short stay, walls a little thin. Aspect for the bar/restaurant is delightful.

Good value stopover before early channel crossing

Quiet, restaurant & bar. Idyllic setting. Only complaint is that the shower is very poor-weak flow (worst I’ve seen)!

Situated within picturesque scenery which instantly relaxes the visitor. The parking area was substantial with spaces very close to the accommodation. I had a lovely ground floor room with air conditioning which was required on such a warm, humid day. I took full advantage of the gym set up they had on site which provided enough equipment to take care of my cardio and weights needs. I explored nearby Maidstone for dining options after refreshing myself under a very powerful shower. A very good night's sleep was obtained which led on to a well=cooked breakfast to start the day off just right. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay here and would pro-actively look to stay here again when in the area.

Fire alarm went off. Had to deal with an aggressive resident. Procedure for dealing with alarm not the best.

Our stay was short - we had a very early start the next morning so we couldn’t comment on the dining facilities/quality - but everything else was perfect. We’ll definitely use you again.

Cheap furnitures and low budget room.

I had the lite breakfast and it was very disappointing. The bacon was so over cooked i couldn't cut it and egg was raw on top not cooked enough .

Lovely place and great food. Tried to book to go back 2025 but rooms not released until June 2025.

Everything about the trip

The overall view is a large lavish hotel but our room was tired and old fashioned. The breakfast was nice and the staff friendly. I had an issue with the electric so couldn’t use my hair styler and they sorted it pretty quickly for me.

I have stayed here before, room was in good order bar the shower, which wouldnt stay put, kept drooping and twisting as fixture broken. I probably would have needed to give the bath a rinse if i used that instead. Everything else was great and just what i needed

Overnight stay to visit the big cat sanctuary, 2nd time if visiting this hotel as expected room clean, good food, easy parking, friendly staff

For an overnight or a few days this hotel is fine, great setting on the golf club with reasonably priced good food in a nice part of the world.
