조식이 단조롭고, 주차장이 근처병원 주차장을 이용해서 좀 많이 불편스럼습니다. 주차장 왔다갔다 할때마다 카드 받고 반납하고 귀차나요..그리고 걸어서 왔다갔다해야해서 비추입니다.

가격 대비 훌륭한 시설, 친절한 서비스에 매우 만족하였음. 단 냉장고와 샤워부스가 없어서 약간 아쉬움

전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 장점. 깨끗한 시설, 편의시설과 가까움(지하철역, 작은 마트, 한인식당, 빵집, 현금 인출기 등), 안전 / 단점. 지나치게 사무적인 리셉션, 샤워기 사용이 불편

I booked this hotel due to location that close to subway station and lots of restaurants, supermarket, bakeries are around there. Even if it's not center of Paris, I could go all the places easily by subway. The receptionist was really friendly and kind. Room was well organized with air conditioner and expresso coffee machine. Perfect choice for the couple I think... Definitely we will come back this hotel later.

A nice cozy hotel. Everything is very tiny, so be prepared; I would not recommend this hotel if you are a bigger person, using the bathroom might be a little uncomfortable. Anyways, overall a pleasant stay with the extremely friendly staff and vicinity to the Plaisance metro station.

위치는 괜찮았습니다. 그러나 방에 창문이 없고 욕실문이 투명해서 다 들여다보이니 너무 불편했습니다. 보조침대가 망가져서 불편했는데 대신 추가비용은 받지 않아주셔서 나름 괜찮았습니다.

교통이편리해요

프레드 호텔에서 6박을 했습니다. 우선 후기가 좋아서 선택했습니다. 우선, 역하고 가까워서 접근성이 좋고, 호텔이 위치한 곳이 파리시내와는 다르게 상당히 로컬한 분위기라 사람사는 모습을 좀더 친근하게 느낄 수 있었습니다. 몇몇 식당에서는 영어메뉴, 영어대응이 안되서 애좀 먹었습니다. 5분거리 안에 한식, 일식, 중식 등 아시아음식을 쉽게 먹을 수 있고, 이 근방에서 꽤 유명한 비스트로가 있습니다. (엘프로 검색하면 나옴). 슈퍼마켓, 시장이 형성되어 음식을 다양하게 먹을 수 있어요. 호텔은 작습니다. 엘레베이터는 성인 4명이 타면 꽉 정도입니다. 객실도 좀 작은 편이라고 생각됩니다만 여타 다른 유럽호텔에 비하면 만족했습니다. 다만, 조명이 많이 어두었네요. 가지고 간 LED 소형등을 활용했습니다. 조식에서 제공되는 음식수가 많지 않았지만, 빵, 커피, 음료 등 조식에 만족합니다. 전체적으로 호텔이 작은 규모라 좀 답답할 수도 있겠지만, 대중교통 접근성 괜찮고, 지역분위기를 좀 더 가깝게 느껴볼 수 있고, 식당, 시장, 편의점 등이 바로 앞에 위치해서 먹거리 해결이 아주 용이했었습니다. 무료 와이파이 제공됩니다. 만족스럽게 잘 머물다 왔습니다.

Good Location Small Room

화장실 문이 투명이라 이건 호불호가 갈릴 것이고 그외에 교통 좋음. 바로앞에 마트있음 역앞에 약국은 어지간한 파리 약국보다 저렴 근처 케밥집 저렴하게 야식으로 먹기 좋음 과일가개 주변애 많고 맛있음. 마트보단 과일가개서 사먹을것 가장 중요한 숙소는 몽파르나스 호텔이런 나부랭이보다 훨씬 싸고 깨끗하고 1.5배는 더 넓고 세면도구들 제공도됨. 커피제공이나 물도 당연제공됨. 1층 데스크 직원은 영어 불어 다 하고 여자분 남자분 두분 더 계신거 같은데 겁내 유쾌하고 좋은분들임. 숙소 나설때 키를 맡기고 나가야하는데 이는 키복제등 보안문제때문이 아닐지 추측됨. 청소는 자랴주는데 방안에 제공한 물이나 커피가 남아있으면 리필은 안해주는거 같지만 신경쓰이면 치워놓으면 리필해줌@_@ 온수는 커피머신을 온수기로 쓰면 됨 64호 꼭대기방을 썼는데 채광도 좋고 아무튼 강추임. 참. 짐분실 이런거 하나도 없었고 금고는 맥북 커다란거 5-6개를 쌓아도 될거 같은 적당한 사이즈 금고였음. 자세한 객실 사진은 구글맵에 호텔 소개를 가면 더 많음!

시내한복판은 아니지만 그래도 지하철역이나 버스가 근처에 있어서 편리했구요 요근래 다녀본 호텔중 청결이 가장 좋았던것 같아요 정말 너무너무 깨끗하게 청소해주시는게 맘에 듭니다. 침대도 푹신해서 잠도 잘오고 화장실샤워시설도 좋았습니다 또 전신거울이 있어서 외출할때마다 참 유용하게 이용했던것 같아요 그리고 작지만 엘레베이터도 있어서 참 좋았습니다. 주변이 모두 거주하는 아파트들이라서 조용한대신에 저녁에 너무 한적한 느낌이 있습니다. 그리고 마트도 많아서 사먹는데에 불편함은 전혀 없습니다. 지하철역이나 버스정거장도 걸어서 5분거리에 모두 위치해있어서 이용하는데 큰 불편함은 없었네요 한국서 편의점문화에 익숙해져서 밤에 편의점 없다는게 참 불편했다는거 빼곤 호텔에대한 만족도는 높습니다.

Hôtel très propre , personnel très sympathique. Beaucoup de restaurant et boutique autour. Si vous voulez vivre une experience plus authentique, pour cela c’est une excellente emplacement. Plusieurs arrêtes de métro à quelques minutes de marche .

Small rooms, sink outside the bathroom that i find weird???? Rooms are a bit rund down, hard beds and rooms are not very sound proof. Its decent overall, wish there was a fridge in the room.

Hotel propre, et dans un quartier vivant et agreable. Entre 2 stations de la ligne 13. Très pratique

Only stayed for 1 night and it was great. We opted for a smoking room which came with a very large open area perfect to relax and chill in the evening after our eventful day. Room was clean, bathroom was small and the shower was very small felt a bit claustrophobic as there was no glass just a shower curtain. The sink was outside the bathroom which did work for us especially if one of us was using the shower etc. The only issue I found was the door to the bathroom was of a glass which wasnt see through but you could sort of see the other person which was strange and there was no lock which meant my toddler was able to open it especially if one of us was inside. Close to the metro station which was a plus point. Wasnt in a congested area again plus point. Parking was in another location about 5 mins away which was fine for us and it was secure.

Unfortunately, we had a rather negative experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready, and we had to wait 25 minutes before checking in. The room itself was okay, but the third bed made an extremely loud noise, which made it difficult to sleep. Although the area was mostly quiet, we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, which gave a poor impression of the soundproofing. On the first night, the phone in our room rang twice around 1:30 AM. We didn’t answer, as we were confused and quite scared. When we asked reception the next morning, they had no explanation. This made us feel unsafe. Breakfast was also a big disappointment – only baguette, butter, jam and coffee ... were offered. The breakfast area was cramped, located right next to the reception, with only about 15 seats. It felt uncomfortable, and we regretted choosing the breakfast option. Several items listed in the hotel’s advertisement were missing, such as coffee capsules, bottled water, and newspapers. We brought this up with the staff, but nothing was done. At one point, I tried to boil water, and a lot of dirt came out – very unhygienic. We will not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to others.
