Great property in a quiet location.

La vue sur la mer est incroyable . Le rooftop est superbe pour faire des photos . La piscine est très occupé

We’re a couple in our 30s and had the most amazing time. The hotel was spotless (thank you to gala for cleaning our room so well) and the view was beautiful. The walk up the hill is a bit steep in hot weather but it wasn’t an issue for us. Food options were great too - we chose half board. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they all genuinely seemed happy at work, always upbeat and welcoming to everyone. We noticed too that if anyone tried to leave towels on the sun beds that the lifeguard monitored it. At meal times staff were always over within a minute or two to clear the table and constantly topping up the buffet so it was always full. I can’t recommend hotel Florida enough!

Wir waren vom 30.6. bis 5.7.2025 im Hotel Florida Magaluf. Die Lage direkt an den Klippen ist wirklich traumhaft, mit schöner Aussicht und direktem Zugang zum Meer (Vorsicht Seeigel). Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war sauber, modern und gut klimatisiert. Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet waren überraschend gut und vielfältig. Leider gab es viele gravierende Schwächen: Der Pool ist viel zu klein für die Gästezahl, völlig überfüllt und durch Sonnencreme trüb und unhygienisch. Zudem ist er extrem flach – eher ein Kinderbecken. Die Liegen sind billig, kaputt und unbequem. Mittags gibt es überteuerte Tiefkühlpizza – geschmacklich okay, aber nicht dem Preis angemessen. Besonders ärgerlich: Mehrere Stromausfälle am Abend, teils fast eine Stunde. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Licht, kein TV – dafür grelles Notlicht im Zimmer. Schlafen unmöglich. Der Kaffee ist wie überall auf Mallorca sehr schlecht – wässrig und ohne Aroma. Klimaanlage funktioniert nur in der Lobby gut, die Flure sind stickig. Die Fahrstühle sind ein echtes Problem: winzig, langsam, schlecht programmiert und oft defekt. Man wartet ewig. Die Handtuchgebühr (10 €/5 Tage) ist unverschämt. Zudem stören viele laute, betrunkene britische Gruppen massiv die Atmosphäre. Fazit: Schöne Lage und gutes Essen, aber viele Mängel beim Pool, Komfort, Service und Ruhe. Für Partytouristen okay – für Erholungssuchende nicht empfehlenswert. 3 von 5 Sternen.

We left feeling disappointed in our stay. I really hope the following comments can be taken constructively to make improvements for other guests. We had the following issues: * Elevators repeatedly not working (these were tiny too so often a long wait) * Power cut for over an hour in the middle of the night. Room was boiling & ruined our sleep as emergency lighting turned on in the room. Never acknowledged by anyone. The whole hotel was up because of it & it was noisy. * Room tag stopped working mid stay, was locked out in my pjs after i went to get a drink of water on my floor. Had to walk up to reception in inappropriate clothing. * 10 euros for beach towels, 18 euros for car parking per night. Seems very disproportionate pricing. Towels should not cost. * Loud music till 11pm. * Gym was a let down in terms of equipment. * Bag storage before check in was unsafe & not monitored. They told us to go put our bags in an unlocked side room ourselves. * Calls to our room at 7:30am about a rental car that wasn’t due back till later in the day. Woke us up. * Room service came in at 8:45am on the day of our checkout before we had left. On the upside, we really enjoyed the included breakfast & view from our room.

Très bel hôtel, la vue de la chambre était superbe. Nous avions accès à la mer en 1 min depuis la terrasse de la piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le personnel est très agréable!

The breakfast is very good, with plenty of options to choose from — definitely one of the highlights. The views from the hotel are beautiful. The parking situation is terrible. There are not enough parking spots around the hotel, and it took us up to an hour each evening to find a place to park. The pool was kind of small, pretty shallow, and lacked enough chairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Bra hotell med utmärkt frukost. Utsikten från hotellrummet var fantastisk. Snålt att ta betalt för vanligt vatten till middagsbuffen. Sänker upplevelsen något och rekommenderar även hoppa buffen och ta en restaurang i närheten istället. Annat postivt var gymmet och den mindre badstranden vid hotellet.

The hotel was great- nice pool area, good restaurant etc…however the area was not the best. It was filled with younger tourists who were there for a party. So if you’re looking for authentic Mallorcan experiences, would suggest finding an alternate location or renting a car and leaving for majority of the day (although don’t come back too late as the streets fill up and it’s difficult to drive).

Amazing stay!

We wanted to be on the water, but not in a big marina—somewhere beautiful that we could swim and do some beaches / beach clubs! This hotel definitely met those needs! A few things that I’d want to know if I were considering this hotel are as follows: 1. The hotel is beautiful overall and located between lots of beach clubs and promenade restaurants. 2. The rooms are extremely small. We could hardly move. 3. They have parking, but it’s pending availability and not easy to obtain (plus it’s 18/day) 4. The staff, especially Sweety, are amazing. 5. The restaurant they have is a buffet. It’s 24/pp for dinner, 15/pp for breakfast, and it’s decent… we ended up there a few times because of convenience. Every time we’d try to go somewhere else, parking was a struggle, or we just knew we’d spend 4x the cost, so we went to the hotel restaurant instead. 6. There’s ocean access (and it’s gorgeous), but it’s a bit rocky / dangerous. My husband swam and so did some other folks but the pool is a bit safer! 7. They are very strict about towel usage, which for us was frustrating. Getting additional towels or even just clean towels either cost extra money or we had to go back and forth with the staff to make happen. 8.There are SEVERAL bars, restaurants, shops and more just a quick walk away! Be aware though that the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, so you will have to walk up and down that. Overall, amazing though :) We’d return here if there was a bigger room available.

Klasse Hotel mit super Ausblick (bei entsprechenden Zimmer), tollem Personal und richtig gutem Essen!

Amazing hotel with beautiful views of the bay of magaluf. Staff were brilliant and rooms were modern and clean. My Wife lost her handbag on transfer to hotel and staff were very helpful in reclaiming it especially Pedro who went above and beyond to find it as transfer company were hopeless. Also Eva decorated room for wife's birthday while we were at beach which was a nice touch. Will definitely be back

Super Hotel mit einem tollen Ausblick. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit Meerblick. Ausblick war ok. Die anderen Zimmern in den höheren Etagen aber viel besser. Essen war top (Frühstück und Abendessen). Personal auch hilfsbereit Parken ist sehr schwierig. Daniela an der Rezeption (sehr nett und hilfsbereit) hat uns geholfen am Tag nach der Anreise ein Parkplatz im Hotel gegenüber zu finden. Hotel können wir weiterempfehlen.

We verbleven tussen 9 en 13 juni in dit hotel en zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf. Het ontbijt (€15 pp) en diner (€24 pp) zijn open buffet en gevarieerd. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het strand is op wandelafstand. Het hotel heeft geen zandstrand maar wel een platform op rotsen.
