일본 특유의 환대 문화(오모테나시)가 느껴지지 않는 호텔입니다. 규칙이 너무 많고, 그다지 편안하지 않습니다. 역까지 가는 셔틀 서비스는 오후 2시까지만 운영하는데, 체크인할 때 아무런 안내도 없었습니다. 리셉션에 택시를 불러달라고 부탁하는 건 당연한 일인데 말이죠. 택시가 도착했을 때, 기사는 손님을 기다리는 기색 없이 다른 기사들과 잡담만 나누고 있었습니다. 제가 일본어를 유창하게 하는데도 그들은 더 이상 대화하려 하지 않았습니다. 후지산 지역이 관광객으로 너무 붐벼서 그런 걸까요? 그럴 수도 있겠죠. 방도 너무 좁아서 캐리어를 펼치기도 힘들었습니다! 늦게까지 영업하는 식당이나 편의점도 근처에 없어 마치 숲속에 있는 것 같았습니다. 실용적이지도 않고 불편하기도 해서 가족 단위 외국인 여행객에게는 절대 추천하지 않습니다.

호텔은 호수와 후지산이 내려다보이는 아름다운 위치에 있습니다. 아기용 수건, 칫솔, 아기용 슬리퍼 등 아기를 위한 편의 시설이 있는데, 정말 마음에 들어요. 호텔 아침 식사는 꽤 좋았고, 음료를 포함한 다양한 옵션이 있었습니다. 호텔 옆에는 생선밥, 튀김 등 전형적인 일본 요리를 제공하는 레스토랑이 있으며, 가격과 품질이 적당합니다. 또 다른 좋은 점은 호텔에 가와구치코 역까지 무료 버스가 있어서 주변 지역으로 가는 버스를 타기 편리하다는 것입니다. 제가 싫어하는 점은 침대가 조금 작다는 점입니다.

Recommended to book the mountain view room. Their male public bath got a bad smell and the hot water supply is not stable, but breakfast was great.

Actually service is great, breakfast also wonderful with a perfect view, but room is not too clean, many tiny dust in the corner of the bedroom.

Nice Hotel with Onsen, little bit far from Kawaguchi station if you walk. But the hotel have car hub to Kawaguchi station with reservation before. The view to mount Fuji from the hotel is so wonderful.

Hotel service is good. There is a transfer service from Kawaguchiko train station at 3pm and 10 am from hotel to Kawaguchiko train station. The hotel staff is not good in English but helpful. Hotel staff is very responsive via email. The room is too small for 2 big luggages. The only bad points are 1) air-condition is too loud 2) Room information in website is too less. I expected to get a room with view of lake and Mt. Fuji, but it didn't because of lack of room information! I am disappointed. But overall, I still recommended to stay at Hotel Route-Inn Kawaguchiko.

This hotel is located just next to lake kawaguchiko near azagawa onsen bus stop. It's also near to kachi ropeway. While booking for this hotel, don’t forget to choose room with the view of mount fuji across lake kawaguchiko. The morning view from the window is terrific. If you're not on budget, you might want to consider staying at kukuru, since it is located at the best place on the road. I’d recommend you to stay more than 1 day to enjoy both the hotel and the area to your fullest. There are also small onsen available on the top floor. The minus of this hotel is this hotel is located pretty far from kawaguchiko station. The last bus to the hotel was around 5pm so if you want stay out late you might want to take taxi from kawaguchiko station. After the dusk, people rarely going out of their house and the road become dark since there aren’t enough light for the road, so be wise if you’re not traveling on group. There isn’t any convenience mart near the hotel so prepare yourself for late night snack if you want, though there are several vending machines inside the hotel. The room was rather small but you’ve got everything you need inside. Staff’s service & meal were just okay.
