깔끔하고 청결한 , 그리고 스탭 분들의 친절함이 너무 좋았습니다.

평소 이비스호텔을 자주 이용하기에, 특별히 검증할 필요없이 위치가 편하면 예약하는 편이다. 루가노 파라디소 이비스는 작년에 오픈해서인지 호텔이 세련되고 깔끔해 만족스러웠으나, 요금에 조식이 포함되지 않아 아쉬었다. 처음 찾는 투숙객을 위해 위치를 자세히 설명했으면 한다. 역에서 가까우면 도보 몇분, 멀면 버스(2번)을 타고 몇분정도 가다 어느 정류장(파라디소 .미그로스 수퍼마켓에서 하차)에서 하차하라는 식으로 자세히 알려주면 호텔을 쉽게 찾을 수 있어 좋겠다.

Easy access to the downtown, Lakeshore, clean and neat, excellent service, but poor quality in the restaurant.

The room was clean and cozy although it was not that big. Staffs were very kind as well. For 2 nights, it was comfortable for us. But parking is not free for the guests. The old town is little bit far from the hotel but it is possible to go on foot(about 15min to go).

Great option when in Lugano. Rooms are a bit small as usual for Ibis, but they are so well designed you don't really mind.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ibis Paradiso. The location was very good, the price was super affordable, the staff was wonderful, everything was perfect, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, cleanliness was 10/10. They have a very nice lobby/common area where you can sip as much extremely delicious coffee as you want for free. The hotel's restaurant was also incredible, we ate there the first evening; the food and the staff were also 10/10. There was only a bit of noise in the mornings from the cleaning staff and some low IQ guests laughing very loudly in the corridor at 1 AM, but overall, I can easily place our stay at Ibis Paradiso straight in the A tier. This was extremely close to perfection to be honest. We recommend 100%.

We loved staying here. Staff was very friendly. The room was great and had ac. The bathroom was quite spacious and parking was super easy to get in and out.

Das Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung und zweckmässig. Das Bad hat etwas an einen „Container“ erinnert. Für eine Nacht ok.

The property itself was great. As a budget brand, everything was basic, but functional. Importantly, the A/C worked very well and the shower was great. Breakfast was subpar and probably not worth it. But, my biggest complaint is that I was twice locked out of my room! On the third night of my stay, I was locked out and told "there is a problem in the system and you owe us more money". I asked that we sort out the issue later and that I be allowed back into my room as I had just come back from exercising and it was a hot day. The gentlemen at reception, Andrea (sp?) refused to fix my key card until I paid an additional 9CHF for who knows what. After much discussion, I finally just agreed to pay the money because I was hot and tired and needed a shower. This is NO WAY to treat a guest booked for 9 nights on a cash stay. Utterly ridiculous and very disappointing.

Frühstück: schlechte Auswahl für Personen mit Glutenintoleranz

Zwei Sterne sind zuviel geworden. Das Hotelzimmer war einen Albtraum.

Hotel Ibis, buona qualità, buon prezzo. Tutto da manuale. La stessa struttura comprende 3 hotel ( 2 a marchio Ibis e Novotel). Parcheggio coperto unico per i 3 hotel.
