깔끔하고 청결한 , 그리고 스탭 분들의 친절함이 너무 좋았습니다.

평소 이비스호텔을 자주 이용하기에, 특별히 검증할 필요없이 위치가 편하면 예약하는 편이다. 루가노 파라디소 이비스는 작년에 오픈해서인지 호텔이 세련되고 깔끔해 만족스러웠으나, 요금에 조식이 포함되지 않아 아쉬었다. 처음 찾는 투숙객을 위해 위치를 자세히 설명했으면 한다. 역에서 가까우면 도보 몇분, 멀면 버스(2번)을 타고 몇분정도 가다 어느 정류장(파라디소 .미그로스 수퍼마켓에서 하차)에서 하차하라는 식으로 자세히 알려주면 호텔을 쉽게 찾을 수 있어 좋겠다.

Easy access to the downtown, Lakeshore, clean and neat, excellent service, but poor quality in the restaurant.

The room was clean and cozy although it was not that big. Staffs were very kind as well. For 2 nights, it was comfortable for us. But parking is not free for the guests. The old town is little bit far from the hotel but it is possible to go on foot(about 15min to go).

Excellent stay! Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location, just a short walk from the lake and the funicular. Friendly staff, good breakfast, and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

The receptionists are very friendly. Delicious breakfast. San Salvatore cable car, train station/bus stops and the lake promenade are within walking distance.

The room was very clean but tiny for two people. The bathroom was very small also. But the property is well maintained and staff were very helpful

O hotel é moderno, o quarto é confortavel e o atendimento foi muito bom. Tem uma maquina de cafe, capuccino e outros na recepcao que os hospedes podem usufruir a vontade. Nos andares tem maquinas que oferecem agua gratis. Tem um parking ao preco de 25 francos por dia. O cafe da manha incluso é otimo. O unico ponto que me incomodou foi o carpete no quarto, pois prefiro piso comum.

Just a basic hotel. The washroom is pretty small. Clean and the staff are helpful.

Convenient location near the Lugano lake walking distance. Very clean. Potable water dispenser for free in corridors. Parking available paid. Generous and wide choice of food for breakfast. The only drawback is the toilet room which seems to be a prefabricated shell making noise with every move you do inside the shell.

Stanza di dimensioni giuste, letto comodo e ampia doccia. Letto comodo e stanza sempre bella pulita. Staff gentile e cordiale.
