호텔 청결도 부분을 5점에서 4점으로 평가한것은 여타 다른 숙박업소에 묶었던 경험에 비해서는 깨끗했으나 가격에 비하면 더 청결했어야 한다고 생각하여 평가. 디럭스듀플렉스에 묶었던 경험을 토대로 간단하게 요약한다면 컨시어지, 일용품, 소품, 인테리어 마감제 등 빼놓을 것 없이 만족스러웠으며 위치 또한 고흐박물관, 국립미술관 등 암스테르담 관광 요지와 매우 가까운곳에 입지하고 있어 전체적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

Note that Junior Suite 332 is above the hotel restaurant. They do drumming on Friday and Saturday evenings. You can hear it. The room is very spacious but it's not exactly female friendly - push button toliets that break your nails, manly smelling soaps, heavy doors, no light in the bathroom to put on makeup. The room is very dark and all the lights are "eco" so they turn on and off every few seconds sometimes. Once I was in the bathroom and all the lights went off entirely. At night the room is so dark. Would have loved more lamps. But the bed and pillows were so comfy, room service was good, mini bar was nicely stocked. Much of the staff are so sweet and wonderful. And it's a beautiful hotel overall. We had issues with the heat in our room (it got to 80 + degrees) and it took a good 36+ hours to get that fixed (which I just thought was way too long and we had to ask 3 times about fixing it).

Esperava mais na quantidade de vezes, arrumação no quarto. Mês passado fiquei hospedado no hotel Península. A equipe de serviços iam 3 vezes ao dia para arrumarem. O café da manhã também não foi o que esperava.

Very very good staff. They gave us complimentary upgrade to penthouse. Amazing service. Christina at front desk was very very courteous and helpful. All staff is amazing even at the entrance .

Año Nuevo 🎉 La propiedad es increíble por donde la veas, es una combinación entre la arquitectura original del edificio con un toque de modernidad, la habitación hermosa, amplia, cómoda y con todas amenidades que uno espera por el precio, el servicio de casi todos fue excelente, la ubicación muy céntrica, segura, a poca distancia de museos y tiendas. Lo único es la variedad de alimentos durante el lunch, nos tocó lluvia 2 días seguidos por lo que comimos 2 días en el restaurante, su cocina es regular, los alimentos tardan y no hay una carta muy amplia. Las chicas del restaurante muy atentas nos atendió 2 días seguidos Nelli es una dama muy agradable y con una sonrisa. Sin duda regresaría.

Besides being a beauty of architecture, this hotels namely stands out for its staff! Reception and concierge were always striving to make sure that guests are comfortable. The housekeeping was simply impeccable, every little detail was taken care of.

great front desk service

Perfect location, walkable distance to all areas. Staff great. Very clean. Only issue was the electronic buttons in the rooms. Complicated, and often pressed on when wanted off, or vice versa. Same with toilet button for flushing. So small that a female's fingernail would be broken should she attempt to flush the commode. Really need to rethink those items.

Staff was amazing, only one (minor) complaint. The lighting in the room as well as the elevator was very dark. I needed to use my iPhone flashlight :-)
