フロントの方、ドライバーさんはじめスタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、私の英語があまり上手くないのに一生懸命理解しようとし何度も説明してくれ、有難かったです。とても気持ち良く過ごせました。ホテルもこじんまりとしていますが、清潔感もあり、きれいで安心して過ごせました。一日1回、市内中心部への送りがサービスでつくのも助かりました。グーグルマップでこのお店と説明するとすぐに理解してくれ、便利です。 難点をあげるとするならば設備面です。 シャワーのお湯の出が悪かったですが、寒い国ではないのでそれほど困りませんでした。部屋の鍵のかけ方が難しかったです。コツを掴むまで大変でした。これらは、大型リゾートホテルではないので仕方ないかなと思います。 とても困ったのは部屋の照明がとても暗い事でした。おしゃれでとても可愛い部屋なのですが、荷物整理をしたり、読み書きをするにはちょっと部屋が暗すぎました。部屋の窓も片方しか開けれらず、昼間も太陽光が入らず暗かったです。特に母は目が悪いので苦労し、持参したランタンをつけていました。 カンボジアは初訪問でしたが、こちらのホテルを選んで良かったです。とにかくスタッフさんの明るい笑顔と親切な事がとても印象的でした。素晴らしい旅になりました。ありがとうございます！

Amazing so unique an authentic. They even upgraded to a large room after staying for a week it felt like we were staying in someone house it was so homey .

Great resort. Clean and comfortable accommodation with 5 star hospitality. Loved the airport pickup service and huge swimming pool. Nice spot for visiting the Angkor temples. Many thanks to Phann and Rose for taking care of us. See you again next trip!

Very unique property. Feels like you're staying in a traditional Cambodian house. The staff treated us very well and were always on hand to offer advice, help and suggestions in regard to sightseeing and the local area. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and very cool to sleep at night. The swimming pool is refreshing and the location is really convenient to visit Angkor Wat and other nearby sights. I would stay again!

Very nice stay, close to Angkor Wat temple and lovely shuttle service to the city. The small number of rooms make for a very intimate stay and the service from the staff was simply 5 star at all times. Rooms are cool and comfortable and a huge selection of options for breakfast. Great place for families or couples. Highly recommended...!
