캐리어를 2일동안 맡아주고 방으로 직접 배달해주어서 감사했습니다. 지난번 방보다 샤워하는 곳이 좁았지만 그래도 업그레이드라 좋았습니다.

얼리 체크인을 해주셔서 넘 좋았습니다~ 1층에 늘 있는 코카차도 도움이 되었고, 위치도 아르마스 광장에서 가까웠습니다.

고풍스런 건물에 친절하고 깨끗하며 침구도 편안했읍니다 위치도 좋으나 약간 밖이 소란스러웠읍니다 가족들과 지내기에는 좋습니다 예쁜정윈도 훌륭했습니다

산소의 소중함 밥먹다가 고산증세가 와서 객실로 복귀해서 회복했습니다. 돈이 절대로 아깝지 않은 수준의 서비스

Fantastisk hotell

The rooms are spacious and the hotel itself is really beautiful with its early Hispanic style, grand entrance and lovely common spaces. It is also only about 2 minutes walk to the main square of Cuzco.

Great service

The building is incredible and in good location. Staff absolutely excellent. Totally will stay at another!!

We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too

Excellent Hotel, nous avons passé une super nuit, la literie est excellente, et la chambre était très propre. Nous avons fait un massage en couple qui était exceptionnel du début jusqu’à la fin et le spa et très sympa. Le petit déjeuner était juste incroyable, je n’ai jamais vu un petit déjeuner comme ça dans un Marriott… Vraiment nous étions choqués de ce petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Le personnel d’accueil est très accueillant et sympathique et souriant. Parfait du début jusqu’à la fin

The hotel was the perfect location and choice for our Machu Picchu, Peru trip. The location, facilities were perfect. The staff, with their constant warm Peruvian smiles were amazing, they went above and beyond for us, tending to our every need. A lovely extra was when we visited the very cute and adorable baby alpaca called “Pancheta” who came to the hotel each day.

Hotel perfeito! Decoração, atendimento, café da manhã, tudo 100%. Num retorno a Cusco, certamente estarei por lá. Recomendo demais

The JW Marriott in Cusconis is very nice and great location. I would stay here again for sure.
