The apartment was great! Highly Recommend! Antonio, the owner, was a great communicator. He gave us instructions on how to arrive from Rome, and arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the train station. Check-in was easy. The apartment is simple. It has everything you need. Everything was pretty clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, plates, etc., and we cooked most of our meals there. The kitchen did not have any type of condiments - salt, pepper, oil, etc, so make sure to bring your own. It was nice to have a washer and drying rack. It was super hot during our trip and the AC worked great! The only con about the apartment is that it was listed as having, "one double bed and two singles OR 4 single beds." However, it has one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that can fit two people. It was a miscommunication of the beds descriptions on the website. So just keep that in mind if you need two single beds. It was tight but we managed. Two beach beds and 1 umbrella is included with the reservation! Huge plus!! This apartment is not located on the beach so FYI. But the owner of the apartment has a deal with a nearby beach bar for the beach beds and umbrella. The beach bar, Lido Baia Verde, was about a 10min walk away. Very easy to get there. We went there everyday and had a great time. The owners/staff of the beach bar were nice. The beach is sandy and very clean. The water was amazing! Would definitely come back. Thanks, Antonio!

Siamo stati in questa struttura 4 giorni, il referente Antonio è sempre stato presente per qualsiasi richiesta da noi effettuata. Appartamento bello e pulito, il nostro bambino di è divertito tantissimo. Grazie ci torneremo senz'altro!

Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area.

Struttura ideale soprattutto per famiglie, appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario, posizionata in una via silenziosa e tranquilla a 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia convenzionata e dal centro città con negozi e ristoranti.. è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo e torneremo sicuramente.. mare di sperlonga sempre stupendo!!

Ottima struttura per godersi sperlonga adatta a tutti sia per brevi che lunghi soggiorni chicca inportante parcheggio garage coperto quindi auto o moto riparate dal sole

We were 2 friends travelling to Sperlonga for a short week in the start of July, and we were super happy to be staying at La Calette/Residence Le Spiagge! Especially because of the superb hosts that was there. They were kind, and always happy to help, no matter what the situation was. They have great restaurant recommendations, helped us book a super nice boat trip, they offer free sunbeds next to the beach and the apartment has a kitchen so you can make your own meals. It is a 10 minutes walk to the beach, and the location is perfect between the beach and the city center. It is a 15 minutes walk to the beautiful old town that located on top of a small hill. The apartment offered very good value for money, and outstanding service. Thank you so much!

Appartamenti dotati di ogni comfort, struttura situata a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia in una zona moderna residenziale. Disponibilità e cortesia del gestore. Esperienza da ripetere.

Siamo stati li solo per una notte. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del sig. Antonio sono eccellenti. Luogo ideale per famiglie zona tranquilla. Residence pulito e area esterna con barbecue, giochini bimbi. Consigliato

La struttura è spaziosa e completa di tutto. Gli appartamenti sono tutti dotati di balcone. Comoda per la posizione rispetto al mare e al centro e non ultimo per il parcheggio interno sotterraneo. Un po' datata avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Migliorerei anche l'esterno dell'ingresso curando un po' il verde del parco pubblico accanto al cancello.

La struttura e molto carina ma un po datata, non manca niente,il personale cordiale e disponibile, ha il parcheggio e la spiaggia cosa che cercavo in una struttura. Consigliato per le famiglie e per chi vuole un po di tranquilita.

Residence situato a pochi passi dal lungomare di Sperlonga e vicino al centro. Struttura e personale accogliente, ma dettagli poco curati. Pulizia non soddisfacente.

Struttura comoda a pochi minuti a piedi dal lido convenzionato. Abbiamo trovato la camera non pulitissima e la luce esterna alla nostra stanza non funzionava. Quando siamo tornati dopo cena era completamente buio e ci siamo fatti luce col cellulare per aprire la porta
