호텔의 마스코트 인형이 정말 귀엽습니다.

직원 중 한국어를 잘하시는분(가오리)이 있어 너무 친절하고 좋았으나 나머지는 평균 이하였음

너의 이름은의 주요 배경인 스와호를 보려고 도쿄에서 2시간 30분쯤 걸려서 도착했는데 체크인을 하려고 보니 무슨 이유에서인지 예약이 캔슬 되어있더라고요.. 당황했지만 남성 직원분이 제 허접한 일본어에도 잘 들어주시고 여기저기 알아봐주시다가 일단 예약한대로 방을 주셨습니다.. 이때가 밤 8시가 넘어갈때라 걱정이 태산이었는데.. 정말 고마웠어요!! 방은 청결했고 욕실은 일본의 숙소 스타일이 원래 좁은 편이니 괜찬았습니다. 역이랑 얼마 떨어지지 않아서 금방 찾을수 있고요 건물 높이 큼지막하게 글씨도 써있으니 좋습니다. 주변 경치도 둘러보며 천천히 걷다가 돌아오기 딱 좋은 위치입니다 조식은 입구 바로 옆에 있는 식당에서 제공 받았는데 뷔페식인데 매우 맛있는 식사였어요 냉장고에 푸딩이나 주스같은 것도 준비되어있고 아침의 경치도 굿...! 다음에 스와에 온다면 다시 방문할 생각이 충분합니다

진짜 스와호수 하나볼려고 1박을 여기서 했는데 최고였습니다 호텔안에서 호수는 보이지 않지만 목욕탕이 있었고 조식도 만족했습니다. 하지만 와이파이는 방까지 통신이 잘 안됬습니다 트윈방이라그런지 넓고 좋았습니다.

대체로 깨끗하게 잘 관리 되고 있으며 아침에 스와호수를 산책하며 너무 상쾌함을 느낄 수 있었음. 또한 푸짐한 조식도 가격 대비 훌륭했음.

카미스와역과 가까운 거리에 위치해 있고, 스와호수와도 가까운 거리에 있어서 관광하기 좋은 호텔입니다. 조식도 상당히 먹을만했고, 온천탕은 작지만 그래도 피로를 풀만큼 좋은 시설입니다.

Decent place but I would probably not stay here again. The mattress felt like a box spring and was very hard, the walls were stained and the wallpaper was ripping in some areas, the walls were thin so you can easily here rooms beside you talking, on top of the fridge and desk there was dust and it looked like that hadn’t been wiped down in a while and my rooms floor had a black spot stains. I don’t think it was worth the price and I would rather spend a little more next time to get a better place to stay. It is close to family mart, the Train Station, Sekicho Park, and many restaurants! The staff were very nice, even though there was a language barrier they were patient with me and helped me out a lot!

快適に過ごせました。

朝食は種類は多くはなかったですが、味は濃くなく美味しかったです。スタッフの方の対応も親切で笑顔で接して貰え、気持ちよく会話できました。 ただ、古いこともあり、良くない点がいくつかありました。 部屋のユニットバスの蛇口が、温水と冷水の２つに分かれていて、温度調節が難しい。 ダブルベッドの部屋なのに椅子が１つしかない。 カーペットは古くて清潔でなさそう。 ロケーションは良いので、内装をもう少し新しくしてくれると、快適に過ごせます。

ルートインならではの、ご当地グルメ的な朝食を期待していたのですが、それらしい食材が無くて残念でした。 時期的な問題かとも思いますが、特色のある食事を期待します。

If it’s on an overnighter then it’s not bad but if you’re traveling with family and friends and looking for peace of mind and service then this is not the hotel for you. We were quite disappointed with the service and amenities of the hotel especially in such a beautiful country city. We were 2 families travelling in town for 2 days for site seeing and catch up with family. We checked in and the hotel rooms was very tired and quite small with bits of the decoration and parts of the wall was falling apart. I would say the breakfast was the highlight with different dishes offered each day and the self serve coffee station was a nice touch but that’s where it all ends. The staff didn’t speak English at all so trying to get information is hard. The securities of the hotel is not the greatest either where there is no safe in the room and they advise you to put your valuables at the front desk. When you leave each day you have to leave your room keys at the front desk which is a inconvenience and doesn’t give you a sense of security because everything is essentially in your room and to have to pick up the keys again afterwards is such a inconvenience. The mini fridge inside the room is also switched off when you arrive so be sure to switch it on and have it running before you put any drinks inside. Additionally with the rooms so small if you’re looking for a place to have a drink in the lobby there is no common area for you to hangout. They have a sign posted to not stay in lobby.
