The only slight let down during the week we stayed was only one lift out of two working. Apart from that everything else was perfect. We look forward to returning.

it was in a very good location, 15 minute walk away from the main town but still had some shops and bars near to the hotel. very clean, good selection of food. Only thing was the pool could do with a good deep clean and tiles need a freshen up but other then that everything was perfect

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The number one issues that we had was parking. Last year when we stayed there was ample parking. This year for whatever reason they decided to implement 9€ parking fee for a section of the parking area inconveniencing guest who have mobility issues and not to mention the set up took away 4 spots! If parking is an issue for staff and hotel guest the staff should be shuttled, thus creating room for paying guest. Additionally the hotel should provide a tag for guests who have cars to be able to get in and out of the parking.

Mixed experience. Good: Friendly and efficient staff, excellent location of the hotel, great dinner, free parking (at least in the low season) Bad: Pools are cold (not heated at all?); mediocre breakfast; noisy evening entertainment. Tip: If you are having a room on the pool side, ask for a higher floor, there are much better views of the ocean

Large all inclusive hotel very close to the beach with nice rooms, several pools and food options. Personnel very welcoming and agreeable. Good location.

Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la meilleure plage de sable noir de Adeje. Grand parking pour laisser la voiture. Le buffet le soir est varié avec bar à salade, un côté viande, un coté poisson. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisé et la taille de l’hôtel fait que les femmes de ménages commencent tôt, heuresement vous pourrez vous reposer au bord des 3piscines ou à la plage. Nous avons été début mai 2025 et il y avait majoritairement des personnes âgées.

Situata in un’ottima zona di Tenerife Sud e dotata di posteggio privato, zone comuni curate, stanze di buone dimensioni e pulite (da segnalare solo un po’ di polvere a terra). Due piscine e molto apprezzata anche la spiaggia privata facilmente raggiungibile. Ristorazione (colazione e cena) con tanta scelta anche se con proposte semplici. Nota negativa: il bar della spiaggia non ha nulla per un pranzo rapido (insalate, panini, ecc) pertanto tocca salire in piscina o mangiare all esterno, un peccato vista la location piacevole. Complessivamente consigliato.

We were fortunate to be able to find a room when arriving a day earlier than planned. The property is lovely outdoors, very friendly staff in the restaurant. They were shocked for a last minute booking so it was a slower check in. We didn’t arrive on the best day, a strike for hotel employees was creating havoc. We didn’t have great meal experiences. Paper plates, plastic cutlery and no wine available. The room was very tired with minimal amenities, uncomfortable bed and pillows. The pool was closed at 6.

Meilleur cette année pour le buffet du petit déjeuner et du dîner. Produits de meilleure qualité. De même pour les produits d’hygiène dans la salle de bain : meilleure qualité que les années passées

Everything went so smooth. They were able too check me in early, which after an overnight flight appreciated. Breakfast/ dinner are included and drinks are reasonably priced.

Fantastic staff and helpful. We booked room facing pool area, which I recommend. Service level up to 5 stars everywhere. Beds are great but in 2 parts. I prefer 1. Bathroom great big shower. 3 pools and one fantastic with view to the beach and only 50 meters from the beach. Fantastic food. Something for everyone. Fantastic Friday party ❤️ ❤️
