Good place in District 1, maintained hotel, helpful receptionists. Only the room I thought it was bigger than the actual.

Best breakfast, location good, just room a bit old but clean.

The room is clean, good variation on food for breakfast, and the restaurant manager Mr. Minh Duc was very helpful and friendly. I would love to come back to this hotel for my next visit.

I’m truly satisfied with the facilities and services at this hotel. Hotel offer me upgrade room type executive suite which there is jacuzzi bathtub inside the room. It was amazing to me because I didn’t need to use their free voucher to massage / sauna at hotel. Private bathtub with jacuzzi function is always the best after exhausting trip. I also enjoy NYE party at their restaurant as it’s special treat for guests staying during NYE, free champagne and other finger foods. The breakfast is nice with western and Vietnamese style All staff there is so friendly, well-trained, and helpful to me. Good location, few minutes walking to tourist areas, and local place with food, coffee with reasonable price. Don’t expect the view that much, because it’s blocked by many tall buildings besides. However, I still can enjoy fireworks at 2 locations and 1 more but it was unclear during NYE. I absolutely want to back their hotel and highly recommend everybody try staying there.

room ending in 01, 02 and 03 was very noisy, there is a rooftop bar right behind the hotel so those rooms that are behind and further up gets the most noise. try to avoid those rooms. Breakfast was exceptional, room is clean but hotel seemed worn down in a way, location is superb though i love the location! 3min walk to the local market and foods are readily available 24/7

The location is strategic, but the hotel corridors are dark, lacking light...

Tôi có yêu cầu một giường đôi nhưng khách sạn lại ghép 2 giường đơn với nhau. 10g45 tôi ra khỏi phòng thì không quay vào được vì thẻ từ đã bị khoá.

พนักงานที่เคาน์เตอร์แย่มาก ตอนไปเช็กอิน เขาขอให้มัดจำเงินพร้อมทั้งยื่นจำนวนเงินที่ต้องจ่ายให้ดู พอดูแล้วก็งง เพราะว่าจ่ายไปแล้ว แต่ก็ยื่นบัตรให้เขา เพราะคิดว่าเป็นมัดจำจริงๆ ก็คุยกับเขาต่อ กลับกลายเป็นว่าเขาจะตัดเงินจากบัตร ซึ่งเรายืนยันว่าจ่ายเงินมาแล้ว เขาก็ทำหน้าไม่เชื่อ และไม่พยายามเช็กใบข้อมูลของตัวเอง ผมเลยเปิดใบเสร็จของทราเวลโลก้าให้ดู ซึ่งเขาก็อ่านไม่ออก แต่ผมก็ยืนยันว่าจ่ายแล้ว หลังจากนั้นเขาถึงรู้ว่าเค้าเอาใบบุ๊กกิ้งของคนอื่นมาให้ผม เขาเลยยกเลิกการตัดบัตรให้ คือรู้สึกแย่มาก เขาพูดจาไม่ดี ใช้น้ำเสียงเหมือนเราผิด ทั้งๆที่ตัวเองผิด ไม่มีคำว่าขอโทษสักคำ วันกลับเขายังเม้าท์เรื่องนี้กับพนักงานต่อหน้าเราอีกต่างหาก ไม่ควรไปพักที่โรงแรมนี้เด็ดขาด เป็นแบล็กลิสต์ของผมไปตลอดกาล

Overall, it was good; cleanliness, the reception service, a staff who can speak English well and being helpful on directions, good breakfast and great location to Ben Thanh Market Area. Had dinner set on the rooftop with great views and good taste. The only setback was WiFi in the room was intermittent.
