The hotel was wonderful from check in to check out. Great staff and nice clean rooms

Property is in the process of renovations, so I stayed on a floor that had already been updated. Massive props on the new furniture choices! Very modern and attractive. Hallway carpet was just laid, and it hadn't been cleaned/vacuumed after the install, but that wasn't a big deal. Phone didn't work and I had to go downstairs to get a remote for the TV, but that's a small price to pay for nicer accommodations. Only real drawback was the deadbolt didn't work due to door alignment. I'm sure they'll fix that though.

Convenient location for a rest stop on our way to Mexico. Nice and updates rooms. Wonderfuland attentive staff.

Property was good overall but was under construction and the morning breakfast included there was only one person working it with a ton of people eating so she was not able to keep up with keeping the food stocked leaving people having to wait for food and I had a room in a newly remodeled area and the refrigerator froze our food solid that we put in to keep cold for the night

This is a new and upcoming location. The hotel is very nice and is in the process of undergoing a major renovation. We had one of the new rooms and it was perfect. The girl who checked us in was friendly, professional, and had a good sense of humor. We were headed to the border and didn't want to stay in Laredo. If you are looking for a nice dinner prior to crossing, stop in San Antonio. After that, there is really nothing between San Antonio and Cotulla. There is a steak house with good reviews in Cotulla, but they are closed on Sundays, and we were unfortunately there on Sunday. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Dirty noisy and very rude staff

Upon arrival, staff was friendly and helpful. The next morning at checkout, the kitchen staff was on her personal phone for serval minutes and took me a while to get her attention that the buffet was out of several items, e.g., egg omelet, pork sausage, so we had to wait while for more sausage to be cooked and replenished.
