Very satisfied

위치가 바젤 SBB 바로앞이라 너무 편리했고 주변에 수퍼미켓, 음식점, 전철역 등이 모주 가까이 있어요. 직원들도 친절해서 뭐든 물어보면 친절했어요. 호텔에서 바절카드를 줘서 그걸로 버스와 전철을 타고 돌아다녔습니다. 방도 넓고 침대는 편안했고 욕실도 깨끗하고 물도 잘나오고 지내는데 편안했습니다. 바젤 오면 다시 북을겁니다.

먼저 오전 11시에도 체크인을 할 수 있도록 도와주셔서 감사했습니다. 그렇게 일찍 체크인이 될 것으로 기대할 수 없었는데 체크인이 되다니! 대단히 편안하고 행복했습니다. 룸이 상당히 넓은 편이고, 깔끔했어요. 직원분들도 전부 친절했고, 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 특히 체크아웃 할 때 16일은 여정을 마무리하는 일정이었는데, 미리 아셨는지.. 직원분이 다음 일정을 물어봐주시고 편안한 여정이 되길 바란다는 인사를 해주셔서 조금 감동적이기도 했어요. 호텔이라는 곳이 이런 곳이었군요.. 우리나라 호텔들은 가격대는 비슷한데 왜 이렇게 별로일까.. 이제 국내 호텔로 여행가는 일은 거의 없을거에요. 돈이 아깝습니다. 국내 여행은 당일치기로, 호텔 투숙 여행은 스위스로. 여러가지 감정들을 느끼게 해준 호텔과 직원들에게 감사의 인사를 드립니다.

I have checked thorough reviews before I chose to stay here. It located right in front of train station. Very convenient to visit everywhere. Pillow is two kind and I enjoyed soft and fluffy duvet and memory foam pillow. Bathroom accessary is AXOR and water pressure is strong. If I have any complains, room smell a bit and it is from the bathroom. Second day was bit better but was smell of mould wine. Lady was so helpful sending me Basel pass on email and put me early check-in as well. I didn't use their facility so not so sure about that.

It was a nice hotel just across the station. Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice, though the selection of food was not tooo wide. But generally it was a good stay

도착하는 순간부터 출발하는 순간까지 모든 스태프가 친절하였습니다. 다음에도 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 무엇보다 바젤 기차역 바로 앞에 위치해 있어서 짐가방을 가지고 다니기가 불편하지 않았습니다. 바로 앞에 버스 정류장에서 다른 지역으로 출발하는 버스가 있어서 접근용이성도 좋았습니다.

Clean room. Very convenient. Comfortable bed. Nice amenities.

Surprisingly good standards, close to superb communications. Friendly staff. The only thing lacking is a well lit mirror, on the wall, infront of the desk so that female travellers can have the option to sit down to do their hair and makeup. A comfortable chair with backrest is also missing.

Our stay was lovely at hotel Victoria, the reception staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming. Sometimes being a person of colour in Europe can be daunting but the hotel and Basel in general felt safe. Only slight feedback I would have is for cleaning, some used plates , mugs etc were not removed or cleaned and rubbish was not taken from the room ( we have accumulated it in a bag and placed it next to the dustbin as all of it would not fit in the bin). Bed and bathroom was cleaned so that was no problem.

The hotel was fantastic. It was situated in the perfect position for us, as it was very close to the train station and we spent a lot of time visiting other cities via the trains. The staff were very attentive and friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions. They gave us a Basel card on arrival to grant us free inner-city transport and 50% discount on museums, which was a great help. The room was always kept very clean and we were very warm and comfortable there. Cannot fault our stay here, it was perfect.

Great staff and nice hotel. Close to train station and walking distance to many attractions. Parking was a little difficult to find (within the train station underground structure) but was convenient. Would happily stay again

27-30 Aralık iki ayrı yataklı odada kaldık. Temizlik, şehir içi ve şehir dışı ulaşıma yakınlık. Yastıkları 10 numara, yatak son derece rahat, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Her zaman güzel bir otel. Oda temizliği çok iyi. Her yere yürüyerek ulaşma imkanı

Hotel vicino alla stazione, parcheggio difficile da trovare, ma comodo. Stanza nell’ala più moderna e meno bella, ma pulita e spaziosa. Buona colazione.

Breakfast is good but it’s the same everyday If they change it every 2 days that would be a great option The place is a good access to train station just in front of the hotel u can save taxi fare and very convenient I’m satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel

I would have given 5 stars and rated it excellent except our room was super warm and we could not adjust temperature ( it was winter time). Secondly and more importantly, our room was right on the square and the trams rail lines ran right out our window. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep. However, the staff was kind, super helpful and accommodated us with our luggage when we arrived early. The room was very nice with good space and amenities. Just rough being on the noisy train station square.

You can’t beat the location; it’s super close to the train station, the river, and the Christmas markets. The staff weren’t super friendly on arrival. We sat outside on the patio on arrival (waiting less than 15 min for our check in time) and staff told us we couldn’t sit there (all the tables were literally empty). The room was nice and spacious, but the restroom was sooo moldy (you could smell it). We stayed for one night and that was enough.
