Clean, well appointed room. Personable & professional Reception team. Kettle. Good WiFi. Plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast needed some hot tomatoes or mushrooms. Bit ordinary considering I paid a high NYE price. Centrally located and close to the Ayamonte ferry terminal. A good hotel.

Très belle hôtel confortable et très propre

Zeer fijn hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamers met balkon en airco. Alles ziet er vrij nieuw uit. Zwembad is een grote plus met warm weer. Ontbijt is simpel maar goed. En niet te vergeten de locatie. In 5 min. sta je in het oude stadscentrum.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff are the positives. We must say a big thank you to the guy at reception for his wine recommendations and putting the heating and football on in the bar.Unfortunately the hotel is dated and in need of modernisation. We also found the rooms to be quite cold, but this was easy rectified using the A/C we also had a problem with ants in our room. Overall we found it to be a bit basic, but based on the room rate it was good value.

It was a quiet time of year. Staff very welcoming and approachable especially on reception. Really appreciated the bottle of water in the room each day. Everywhere was very clean.

What was most unique about our stay was when we unlocked the door to our room (204) and entered it smelled like Tutankamens Grandmothers house, cigarettes and moth balls and cabbage soup left to ferment in a closed, unventilated hot room for 3,300 years give or take a few. Even the air conditioning could not suck up the stench of grandmother's house. The place is overall nice our room not so much.

Hotel encantador con servicio excelente, habitaciones amplias con terraza exterior y buen descanso. Tiene parking para los clientes sin pago extra y su situación es perfecta, ya que se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad.

Lovely hotel. We asked for a room away from traffic noise and were given a 4th floor room at rear of hotel. Not that noise would have been a problem as the hotel does not front onto a busy road as we thought it did. Breakfast was very good, service was excellent, short walk to river, short drive to beach, impressive individual styling on landing of each floor, comfy room with very firm mattress although softer pillows would have been better. Very good value.
