A very relaxing stay at the aptly named Oasis. The hotel and grounds are very well kept, The service is very good with hotel housekeeping being particularly diligent. There are sufficient sun loungers with no issues. The poolside team are very friendly and efficient. The hotel has direct access onto the beach. The room was comfortable with a good sea view.

Das Hotel RIU Palace Oasis war tatsächlich das erste Hotel in Maspalomas, und obwohl es bereits ein älteres Haus ist, wurde es komplett renoviert und hat seinen ursprünglichen Charme dabei voll bewahrt. Heute ist es ein wunderbares Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit einer besonderen Seele und einer wirklich gepflegten Palmenlandschaft – man fühlt sich dort tatsächlich wie in einer Oase. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, direkt am Strand. Wenn man von der Promenade durch die Strandtür tritt, ist es wunderbar ruhig und angenehm. Das Publikum ist meist etwas älter, was für eine besonders entspannte, ruhige und gediegene Atmosphäre sorgt. Hier kann man so richtig abschalten. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich jedem nur empfehlen.

Hotel and staff amazing, spotlessly clean and everyone from cleaners to reception really friendly. Pool situation I couldn’t fault anything. Proximaty to beach 10/10. But for me the food served at Breakfast & Dinner was out of this world, both the varied selection and quality of what we were eating was absolutely outstanding in my opinion. Bar snacks & staff I couldn’t fault, all in all we spent 16 pretty faultless days here and will most definitely revisit, 100%. If I’m being overly critical the evening entertainment was pretty poor most nights but to be fair most hotels I’ve visited the entertainment is rubbish!…. So based on that I’ll score this hotel 9.5/10.. they say nothings perfect but as far as holidays go this wasn’t far off!

This really is a little Oasis next to the beach. We had a wonderful view of the palm trees and the beach. The pools were lovely and not busy. The best thing is the food. Breakfast and evening dinner, loads of choice. Entertainment is excellent too. Dukes band did an Abba tribute one night and a Queen tribute another night. The Tina Turner show was also great. Empire vocal group from South Africa were spot on with their Greatest night in pop show. Will be going back for the third time

Merci à Zusana pour cet excellent séjour. L'hôtel est dans un magnifique parc de palmiers , accès direct à la plage. Transats payants . Restaurant principal avec produits variés de qualité. Les restaurants typiques n'ont pas été pas à mon goût . Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal pour visiter les environs . Chambre moderne , très propre et spacieuse.

Sexta vez y siempre muy bien. Es un sitio impecable en casi todo. La única excepción es el muy escueto parking. Habría que tener alguna alternativa, algún convenio (sexta vez que escribo lo mismo).

Great place to stay food and accommodation really good, plenty of choice at meals, courteous staff. Pools and grounds v well maintained and easy to get to cabs, buses and the beach.

Absolutely amazing staff, lovely environment, great food

Good balcony overlooking pool and part ocean view. Very relaxed elegant resort hotel and top notch buffet breakfast. Only suggestion is that smoking in rooms and balconies or pool areas should be banned. Our room filled with tobacco smoke and loud talker at 3 am from insomniac next to us.

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. The buffet food was the best of anywhere I’ve stayed before, but they could do with some more toasting machines at breakfast !….the only small criticism is the towels need replacing and the food at the pool bar was mediocre. Location is excellent for bus station and all amenities, bars and restaurants and the sand dunes !

Amazing hotel. Great staff. We’ve stayed here 3 times before and it is always excellent. I’m looking forward to going back again soon. Close to the beach, steps away. Very accommodating staff and friendly. Love this place. Very clean and maintained. Lush gardens. Wonderful pool areas
