Good overall. But maybe could refurbish some of the room, since it looks old. For example, Room that I'm staying not very bright, some of the lights not working and feel creepy at night.

Value for money. The executive suite is so spacious and sulit for its price. They also have buffet breakfast which offer sumptous food. The staff are all polite and approachable. The only downside is the exhaust fan in the bathroom which is dusty that trigger my daughter and my allergy. But overall we had a pleasant stay. We will definitely go back. Huge space and comfy. Just have some issue with cleanliness in bathroom, but was corrected by Staff Janice even if she’s not from housekeeping. We appreciated her so much, warm welcome, friendly and assist to all concerns, she’s excellent!

The location and the service is good

The Front Office staff was so accommodating. They allowed us to have an early check-in considering that we badly need time to rest after a long travel to Baguio.

it was raining all day and all night and we decided to stay for another day and opted to transfer to a less expensive hotel and to our surprise this hotel is at par or much better than the expensive we stayed before

Second time to celebrate my birthday and stay in Hotel Elizabeth and all I can say is superb!! The first time we stayed here was 2017 and they don't have a bidet but now its there!! Super clean cr, linens and bedsheet are superb!! Thank you Hotel Elizabeth! Ps. You can also commute via Jeep. Just wait on the main road going to city center. Walking distance from Wright Park, Botanical Garden and Mines View :))

Food was great! 🙂 The hotel also had a homey/cozy ambience.

Suggestion: Kindly include the early check in fee.

Glad that they let us in 2hrs early from the usual 2pm check-in. Breakfast buffet was good. Great location, Wright Park and the Mansion is walkable from the hotel.

Our room was nice and clean. The staff were accommodating and warm. The place was near tourist spots. Great value for money. We will surely be back.

It was an awesome stay in this hotel far from the busy city. Walking distance to wright park and very accessible going to mines view and botanical garden by jeepney. Staff are always greeting you. Clean and nice hotel with big beda And a balcony with pines trees . Breakfast was good they serve different everyday of our stay. Our stay was nice too since lesser crowds going around the tourist area We will surely be back again.

The hotel provides good ambiance, a perfect combination with the coolness of the weather in the city of pines. Our room was really spacious, and our request for room set up was granted. The staffs were accommodating and friendly.
