This chain of hotel is a total s***. Never staying any of their branches. Poor customer service. Shouldn't be working in the hospitality industry.

There is a lot to be desired with the hotel facilities compared to big hotels, but the services was ok. There was no extra toiletries like toilet paper, hot water for coffee, hot water for the shower, etx. But The concierge was happy to provide all our requests. The bed was also uncomfortable. And the parking space was limited. But since we were able reach UP so ahead of time for the UPCAT, our stay was satisfying nevertheless. Recommended for UPCAT takers.

We stayed at the hotel for 4D3N. We arrived at the hotel 2 in the morning (1st Night) considered as 1 night of stay. The aircon in our room got crackling sound, a disturbing sound the whole night and is not cooling so I didn't mind it for our first night because we are tired. I reported it in the morning asking for room transfer because of that matter. So they said they will see instead they offer us to fix the aircon so i let them be. I didn't stayed at the hotel for 2nd night only my parents slept there and still the disturbing sound of the aircon and cause them not get enough sleep and not rested well. I report it again when i get back, insisting to transfer other room they can offer and they said no room for 3, I suggest to them double room is okay with us just not to stay at our room. The staff is not polite and no courtesy to their guest no initiative to offer or find a solution. They just stick to “nothing they can do” they let the guest to find solution for them what to do then they follow. I don't have comment for the cleanliness of the hotel, complimentary breakfast are all thumps up.
