We loved the historic Spanish influence to this hotel!

Great location and our 10 yr old granddaughter loved the small rooftop pool with views over Old San Juan. The staff was excellent and the attached bar was very nice. Only comments for improvement would be: no paper towels and toilet paper in guest bath downstairs off the lobby, very slow elevator, had to ask for sheets etc for pull-out sofa and the wonderful rooftop pool could use some tile repair. None deal breakers though. We loved it! Marta, Alfredo, Maria and the other staff were FANTASTIC !!!

Was very nice, super vintage and the restaurant very close by and the breakfast food delicious and the view very nice. I recommend the 100%

Excelente localización para recorrer el Viejo San Juan. La terraza tiene una bella vista a la bahia. El área del desayuno es muy relajante además que el desayuno estuvo espectacular.

I’ve stayed here a few times never in a suite! And wow was it amazing ! I loved everything about this side of the hotel! The pool needs a little work but the staff and the property are amazing !

Rooftop sitting area was nice. The pool was tiny and filthy. Our king bes was so old that I felt like I was sleeping in a crater. Had to turm the mattress to get a semi flat sleeping space. The floors in our room still has spilled drinks from former guests. We were in a room for 4 people but were only given 2 towels and 1 washcloth. The front desk staff was amazing. Extremely helpful and great to talk to

Housekeeping was good. Good location, but structure is not well maintained. Room had a broken door, bathroom conditions were not good, windows are very noisy if theres a light breeze outside. The elevator is very small, takes a long time and theres no AC in the hallway or elevator. The room has wood on the ceiling and there were termite leftovers on the bed and desk. Staff had a sarcastic remark for every question we asked. Would not recomend this place.

Si te quedas aquí habrás tomado una buena decisión yo me quede una semana del 2 de junio al 8 y todo estuvo perfecto el personal que te atiende muy amables todos el aire y las regaderas funcionan muy bien estaba muy caliente afuera pero cuando llegaba a mi cuarto esté muy confortable la alberca en la terraza estaba muy cool todo me pareció perfecto la TV no trabajo muy bien pero lo demás me gusto bastante si voy a San Juan me volveré a quedar aquí sin pensarlo súper recomendable.. gracias hotel Terraza por todo

A little annoyed there was no microwave it was a weird smell the shower was warm the first day we arrived the tv wouldn’t work and we couldn’t control the AC . Everything else was okay

Property is beautiful. The only problem I encounter was poor wifi signal and didn’t find a control for the A/C

It was a lovely stay and close to everything.

Location great, breakfast excellent, the pool is a joke , cleaning mediocre.

We are beyond happy with our stay. The two bedroom apartment was perfect. Such a unique and pleasant experience.

Small but cozy hotel right in the center of Old San Juan, within walking distance of everything. The room was huge and clean, consider this place on you next visit to San Juan!

The property was nice. Rustic. But bathroom lacked amenities and inadequate area to hang towela or clothes when bathing

Originally booked a place that was awful. Chose to book La Terazza last minute because we needed a Bette to lace to stay. We were blown away. Wish I had stayed my entire trip here. Looking forward to going back and will ONLY stay here
