Todo excelente

Es un hotel muy tranquilo, bien ubicado, chico pero tiene todo lo necesario, el desayuno muy completo. Me volvería a hospedar sin pensarlo.

Relacion costo / Calidad 9 de 10. El personal muy amable, cerca de toda la zona dorada, alberca recien remodelada, en ese lugar la playa esta tranquila y sin piedras. El unico punto malo es que la regadera se tapa seguido y la habitacion esta pequeña.

Muy bien. Limpio, buena atención, en términos generales, se recomienda ampliamente.

Hotel cómodo .. a pie de playa ... Nada fuera de lo normal y sorprendente ..

Las instalaciones un poco viejas pero aceptables. Lo que no nos gusto fue que el personal

Pésimo servicio en el área de recepción, deben capacitar a la gente para que le puedan dar un servicio bueno a los clientes. En mi caso no vuelvo a regresar. Tampoco nos comentaron que la alberca estaba en reparación, y era lo mas importante de mi estancia, para que mis niñas pudieran disfrutar de la alberca.

El bufet muy repetitivo todos los días

Stayed in November and the toilet broke. Thought we would give it another shot and this time the toilet leaked all over the floor and had to switch rooms. Was not as nice a room as we had in November. Feels like a old hotel that needs some major updates. For a Best Western it was disappointing that both times we stayed we had issues.

Property well cared for with friendly staff ! Pool not heated , would been nice to have snack shack by pool area ! Our stay was overall good .

The property was in a good location but is an older hotel.We noticed only 3 or 4 other couples staying there.it will only a matter of time when it will be replaced everything around is newer .We stayed 2nights then moved to our timeshare at the El CID 2 doors down

Excelente desayuno buffet acceso a instalaciónes antes check-in es gran alivio después de viajar

Quaint hotel in prime area of Mazatlan.

Fue parte de una reservación de emergencia, ya que tenía un evento programado. Cumple por completo con su función. Además de alberca, tiene acceso a playa. Pero no cuentan con toallas para playa, ya que te pueden sancionar si las ensucias de arena.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. It was centrally located in the Zona Dorada.
