All of service were nice, but attitude of main restaurant staff was bad. They laughed at guests in their language.

여름 휴가로 정한 히까두와 차야. 트링코말리의 차야 블루에서의 좋은 기억으로 주저함이 없이 결정한 호텔이었지만 비정상적으로 높은 방안의 습도에 축축한 방에서 보낸 3일은 5일 숙박 예정이었던 일정을 이틀 단축시키는 이유가 되었다. 하드웨어에 미치지 못하는 몰상식한 써비스도 이를 갈게 만드는 이유였다.

We had great time spacious room with balcony having sea view, pool area was nice property is right at the beach. Breakfast spread was also good lots of options

Best all inclusive family resort I’ve been to on the south west cost, we all love the place. Super relaxing, super friendly, simply a great few days away. I only wish they gave/offered stake knifes when they gave you beef stale. Manager reading this, please try cutting the stake with the blunt knifes you offer, it’s difficult yes? But don’t worry, we will all be back soon 👍

Nice location excellent beach access with lots of fish and turtles.

We had a nice stay. Our initial interaction upon check in wasn't great, the lady on the front desk was rather aloof and unwilling to help with a room issue. The rooms are a little 'grubby'. The floors are maybe swept but not mopped in what appears to be a high turnover property. Pool facilities are great, Breakfast great, The Italian restaurant was ideal for the kids.

Overpriced for what you get, quality of the upkeep and maintenance is lacking

Lovely location and you can walk straight onto the beach where you can spot giant turtles swimming. Room was spacious with ocean front balcony, bathroom clean but tired. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Great base for visiting Galle as well. Plenty of shops and restaurants outside. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Hikka Tranz. Ovindhi at the front desk and Uditha at the restaurant were extremely helpful. We can't wait to return again.

Det är ett helt ok hotell. Något slitet och rummen behöver renoveras. Att brandvarnaren blinkade över sängen hela nätterna var otroligt störande. Vi åkte under lågsäsong så det var lugnt på hotellet. Många som jobbade där var väldigt trevliga men de kändes inte alltid så pigga och alerta. De borde gått runt och erbjudit dryck vid poolen eller så för att öka försäljningen. Överlag nöjda ändå!

The hotel is very nice and room very good tbh all cinnamon hotels are very good standard and during our holiday we stayed in 4 of their properties. The only reason for low score is due to additional charges for our room. I made a mistake when I booked and did not add my husband to the booking (even though charge for room is same for 1 or 4 people) the hotel charged me $50 per night to add my husbands name to the room ( the room charge was only $80 per night) this seems extortionate charge for an amendment to the name on the booking especially as the room cost is not much more per night. So please double check your booking before going, if I had spotted the mistake 2 days before arriving then there would not have been additional charge. This really tainted our stay and was very upsetting as there seemed no real reason to charge this amount

Overall a good stay. Staff was really friendly, as sri lankans always are. Pool area is awesome. Big pool and big childrens pool aswell. Can go also swimming in ocean. Food was ok. A/C was pretty loud even in lowest setup.

Staff was good.Services good also.Everybody’s so friendly even not inside hotel. We had a great time. I’d love to come over again as soon as we can.
