Staff was excellent and the room was clean.

The staff was great and went out of their way to share the local knowledge with us.

The property is in a prime location, convenient to everything. All Staff was very helpful. The room was a bit small but ok for me.

Great location, friendly service, shared amenities (pool) at a sister hotel. We loved our room but this is not the Marriott. That being said it was clean and the shower was hot with good pressure.

The air conditioner did not work and it was very hot. The property is on a street that is pedestrian only so unloading luggage and walking a half block to the hotel is inconvenient. I killed 2 cocroaches in the room. The staff was helpful and the man at the front desk help walk my luggage to where i was being pick up after checkout.

Very clean and safe. Everyone was very kind.

I only have positive things to say about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The location is PERFECT. Right next to all the tour operators, the town square, restaurants, the market, the bus to Xunantunich, etc. The bed was really big and comfortable. Slept like a baby. During a month of travelling this was by far the best sleep we had. The room was quiet and dark as well, and AC provided perfect temperature for once. The room was equipped with a fridge and a freezer, which we loved. It was so convenient.

Very convenient and clean hotel at a great price! It’s right in the middle of town where everything is! I also love that you get free access to the pool at the Midas hotel as well! Would 100% recommend.

It is loca tired right on the heart of San Ignacio so very convenient , rooms are very descent… staff on arrival wasn’t very helpful we asked the guy about tours and he was talking on the phone barely greeted us and said would have to ask about that and let know later …

The lobby opens up to the main square of the town so there’s nothing permitting people coming and going that aren’t guests. They had a security or night person but they likely weren’t there because we heard people outside our door all night and couldn’t sleep.

Staff always makes me feel welcome. Good value.Central location... Safe area.
