전체 평가 및 리뷰 Complejo La Cigüeña

Everything was fine, i enjoyed everything in the hotel. Although it was a bit outside Madrid City. The location was a bit of the grid.

Alojamientos un poco descuidados. La luz del baño va por fotocelula y es un incordio el tiempo que hay que esperar a que se apague.

Beautiful place to stay with birds, rabbits, etc

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Lo único malo, el servicio: la luz se enciende si vas al baño (lo arreglamos quitando la tarjeta) y el agua de la ducha salía quemando

Me gusta la ubicación en medio de la naturaleza, pero las cabañas necesitan un mantenimiento (las cortinas de bambú no subían, las contras de madera no cierran…) y una mejor organización del espacio

Pool was dirty with a horrible mold smell.

Se trata de un conjunto de cabañas tipo bungalow. Son muy cómodas y ámplias. Cada día limpian la habitación. Hay utensilios de ducha. Puedes aparcar el coche al lado. Es un complejo tranquilo y en verano puedos disfrutar de la piscina. El desayuno buffet es completo (este año es mucho mejor que el año pasado). Como punto a mejorar sería el mantenimiento, hay bastantes desperfectos ( ducha con agujeros en la manguera y se sale el agua, siliconas desgastadas, secador justo, podría haber un estante para dejar los jabones en la ducha…). Está bien si vas en coche. Puedes dejar el coche en barrios colindantes y coger el metro hasta el centro de Madrid. El parque Warner queda a 20 minutos. Es el segundo año que vamos y seguro que repetiremos

A rare gem. Not the kind of place I would normally stay on business, but we were on an industrial estate nearby and so chose here. The bungalows are big, comfortable and look exactly like the pictures. The campus is clean and expansive. It was winter so didn't experience the pool but it looked nice from afar. The restaurant serves close to Michelin starred cuisine. You must try the sashimi with rice. It was so good I had it twice. Highly recommended.

La experiencia quitando un par de cosas muy buena,lo único que no me gustó fue que la puerta del baño no cerraba y la ventana del baño daba a la otra cabaña y se podía ver todo, pero por lo demás muy buena experiencia.

Good well kept property

Helpful receptionist. Excellent access to Madrid via Metro Line 9. Beautiful setting and comfortable, clean but very dark room with inadequate lighting. Also, there was a penetrating unpleasant smell that no amount of ventilation could eliminate.

Bueno normalito, no hemos estado mal . Y el sitio está bastante bien , calidad y precio razonable. Buen desayuno. Pero el alojamiento y el complejo en sí está como inacabado , faltan bastantes detalles en el bungaló.

Me esperaba más, el lugar me ha parecido abandonado, aburrido a pesar de haber ido en septiembre, me ha parecido mal que los bungalows no tengan cocina.

The property is very good and stuff are polite.

Outdated facilities, territory between bungalows is good, but anywhere outside feels like a construction zone. Breakfast is mediocre, but dinner is alright.

I love the facility out of Madrid but very relaxing, clean and quiet, I will came back , I recommend for you and your family and friends

This was a very disappointing stay. We stayed here in mid April 2023 and got much better value, in terms of price, in terms of the type of accommodation we were allotted and the fact that there was a beginning of the season buzz about the place, while this year the athmosphere was very lifeless and bland.
