Good property.. courteous staff

Next to beach, really clean beach. Blue beach walk always recommended. Good for kids too. Breakfast 👍. Room view nice. Room condition really bad. Cleanliness sure not great the standard Mayfair keeps. I love Mayfair, always stay in Bhubaneswar but this Heritage dissapoint

It’s a nice hotel. There are two Mayfair hotels. Heritage and Waves. Heritage is older with its own characters.

If you want to experience what service you would get when a hotel is run by sloths, this is a perfect example. It took them 30 mins to check us in. Then they gave me a room that smelled like a serial smoker lived in it. Upon multiple requests and waiting for an hour they changed our room, which was better but not quite. Food service was no better. We had to wait 45 mins in the restaurant while they “prepared fresh food.” I asked for clean empty dinner plates to be delivered to my room, which took them 30 mins. Just to deliver the plates. I had to call twice and go to front desk to make sure someone was looking at it.

Staff were very caring and helpful. Very pleasant natural beauty surrounding the hotel. Food was excellent. Beach is well taken of.

The property is located on the sea beach. It is a beautiful place filled with greenery and artifacts. The rooms are neat and clean. Staff are friendly and providing quality and prompt service. Lovely dinning with tasty food.

Mayfair Heritage is set in a great setting and location. Hotel is gorgeous and serene. Check-in was too long even though all documents were uploaded online days before the trip - reason given was due to late check-out. Still shouldn’t have to sit around for 1 hour in the reception before getting the room. Dinner buffet was sub-par, breakfast was decent. 2 states restaurant was excellent - great food, great service and an amazing lunch. Shout-out to Asok for great service during meal times and the manager for always check-in on us. Overall, would recommend to friends.

Nice stay. Professional staff. Good food. 2 issues to sort out. The check-in and check-out could have been quicker. And the bathroom could do with a shower cubicle as there was nothing to prevent the water from spreading all over the bathroom.

Absolutely amazing. 8-star rating for the personalized service, cleanliness, awareness of corona virus and everyone wore masks - felt very safe. Excellent food and a butler as well! Beyond every imagination. Thank you so much for being so nice

Room is spacious and comfortable. Hot water tank is too small for a satisfactory shower. We had to make two calls in order to get service. Our room has a lousy beach view. Restaurant serves high quality Indian cuisine. Nevertheless, it is the best place to stay in Puri.

I felt at home at Mayfair. They have high tea at 5 pm every day where you can meet delightful guests from near and far. Clean place. Right next to the beach. Both Mayfair waves and Heritage are right next to each other under same management. The gym and kitchen are in the Waves. So you go there for everything. The Cottage at Heritage is no cottage at all. It is just an efficiency room arranged like a one story town home. The people are super nice. I loved my short stay there. The breakfast is nowhere near that of, say, JW Marriott, Pune, in terms of luxury. But good enough. But I did not give much value for breakfast in my evaluation of this property.

Liked access to the beach, staff professionalism and courtesy, room size and amenities breakfast buffet was excellent both taste and lavish spread Improvement suggestions Let guests know about geyser for hot water at check in as switching on geyser is not required at most of the high end hotels Did not had good experience at the 2 state restaurant uncourteous staff, did not give menu for the bengali/odia dishes , this menu should be highlight of the restaurant. When asked for it server lied that it was only available for lunch. When I could see other table has it , asked the main waiter and he gladly provided the menu.

Checkout time at 08:00 a.m is very strange Not found or heard any where’s in India It is always 12:00 noon every where Though it is printed on the Expedia confirmation but you hardly go for such minute details always . It is there duty to explain the at the time of checking in so that the guest can know in advance and do not have to face embarrassment
