The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel also offers luggage storage if you arrive early before check-in, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily during our stay. The hotel provides shampoo and liquid body soap, which was a nice touch. The continental breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is nothing like pictured in photos. The only thing good about room was the cathedral view. Left immediately after check-in and went to another hotel.

Check i easy and fast breakfast better tha the usual breakfast the staff was good and helpful the room was clean

Everything was really good

Breakfast is just not a good thing! We skipped it 2 days.. The rooms are a mess,the floors and restroom are dirty.. the sink clogged, and the bedding is just awful! How can you guys treat this amazing lovation like this??? This should be your jewel!!! I have stayed at gdl,tlaquepaque and vallarta with you guys,but 100% never again

El desayuno ofrecido por el hotel esta excelente, la fruta muy fresca. Quedamos muy satisfechos.

Buena ubicación

El desayuno fue satisfactorio, no cuenta con acceso a calle principal, pero tampoco es complicado su acceso. En general funcional

muy centrico el hotel el metro a un costado ,tambien la catedral, buena ubicacion el desayuno muy bueno ,el personal muy profesional .

Para personas con silla de ruedas, solo puedes usar un elevador porque en el otro no cabes por los pilares, la vdd es muy reducido el espacio, en los dos elevadores, no cabes con maletas y silla de ruedas muy pequeño, los baños inaccesibles para silla

Habitación limpia, excelente ubicación

El desayuno es el mismo todos los días , a las recepcionistas hay que preguntarles todo , no dan información, hay que pedir agua, toallas todo extra cada día

Nada bueno el desayuno, los baños mega pequeños, personal oico atento, no cuenta con estacionamiento propio

Habitaciones demasiadas pequeñas, en el desayuno el huevo quemado y sin sabor Se pago una habitación para 4 personas y me dieron 2 camas individuales, orillandonoa a dormir en el piso
