Eten eerste week goed tot zeer goed. Tweede week matig

Es war super. Alles frisch renoviert.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The service was exceptional throughout – the staff were attentive and always ready to help. I was particularly impressed with the buffet, which offered a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The cleanliness of the hotel, both in the room and throughout the entire property, was impeccable. It was a pleasure to stroll through the well-maintained grounds, where you could clearly see the care and attention to detail. The pool was a wonderful oasis for relaxing on warm days, and the modern gym was a great bonus for keeping up with my fitness routine while on vacation. My only minor suggestion would be to add toilet brushes to the bathrooms. However, this small detail did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience I had at this wonderful hotel. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

Kiva hotelli monilla mukavuuksilla. Allasalue oli oikein viihtyisä ja muutenkin tekemistä riitti etenkin lapsille paljon! Herkullisella aamiaisella oli vaihtoehtoja todella paljon. Ajoittain hieman ruuhkaa aamiaissalissa. Ainoa asia mikä jäi hieman häiritsemään oli olematon äänieristys, minkä vuoksi illan discoilut kuului tosi selkeästi ainakin ykköskerroksen huoneeseen.

Fijn hotel alleen het eten is minder variabel en lange wachttijd bij het betreden van het restaurant en als je eten wil van de bakplaat.

super schlecht, viel Wartezeit für die Anmeldung, mehr als 2 Stunden. Die sind nicht gut organisiert obwohl das Personal nett ist, lohnt sich nicht so viel zu zahlen.

Ventilation brouillante la nuit, L'espace spa piscine intérieur l’hygiène est à revoir complètement. Sinon tout le reste impeccable

mea-culpa, j'ai séjourné l'an dernier dans cet établissement et j'avais critiqué la restauration. c'est nettement mieux....

We spent 5 nights at this hotel, and for the price, it offered fantastic value. We flew into Barcelona and rented a car from OK Mobility. Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. The hotel is in a prime location: PortAventura and Ferrari Land adventure parks are just a 10-minute walk away, and Salou Beach is also within walking distance. Supermarkets and shopping facilities are close by, making it easy to get anything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food was good. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two kids), along with two other families, and had a fantastic time. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as steam, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities, which made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there were pool and table tennis facilities, along with evening entertainment provided by the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for families looking for a great value stay close to local attractions

Hôtel au top hâte de revenir.

L'hotel n'a que de 4 etoiles que le nom. La literie est vraiment digne d'un formule 1, mediocre. Avec des couvertures qui datent des annees 60. Pas de couette ... la nourriture est classique avec un plus du vrai jus d orange au petit dej. Mais sinon il convient aux enfants avec sa grande piscine ses tobogans ... Ca reste une usine a touriste

The accommodation was fine. Everybody was very helpful.

He pasado el fin de semana con mi hijo y pese a que nos ha llovido el sábado pues ya el domingo se pudo disfrutar de la zona de piscinas y toboganes y nos encantó, además de la comida el buen trato y servicio !!!

Aging brits abroad hotel, seen better days - no longer a 4 star, a weak 3 star maybe, and Salou is a vacuum of all Spanish culture… except Benidorm anywhere else would be better.

Had a good stay

3 pers kamer was gedateerd, tuin met zwembad is veel te krap voor het aantal gasten. Extreem handdoekje leggen gedrag van zeer associale gasten. Eten was goed. Ze hebben me eerder laten uitchecken dan conform boeking omdat het druk was. Niet erg klantvriendelijk. Receptie personeel was niet op de hoogte van de omgeving en mogelijkheden. Was een last minute boeking, maar zou het nooit aanbevelen. Geen 4 sterren waardig.

In vakantieperiode echt massaal en handdoeken leggen. Houd je hiervan, ben je op je plek.

Very clean and well organised. 20min from both the theme park and beach which was very convenient. It is also located near supermarkets so you could buy drinks to put in the mini fridge in your room.
