I stayed there on 23rd to 26th nov this year. But i couldn’t get my deposit yet… when can i get my 100 pounds???? Except this, everything was perfect i want to stay there next time

Why did you do that to me? The worst thing was that heating didn't work. I had to wear outdoor wamer to sleep. Why did you do that to me? Is anybody hear to have experience about a bed with the frame of which height is higher than a mattress so you cannot help hitting legs whenever you get into the bed. Why did you do that to me? Water tap was rusty as it was that one in the horror movie. Why did you do that to me? No sign for hot and cold water in the shower. Only way to find out the proper temperature is to sacrifice your skin to feel it. The structure of the shower booth in which you cannot be out is a bonus. The room might be the cheapest one in the Harrington. However, there must me minimum standard to which the customers expect. It is a kind of fundamental trust that must be met in any business. If I had enough energy to step out I might have jump out... 13 hours flight and next moring flight schedule made me hesitate to do. A nightmare started like that... Why did you do that to me? Why?

we stayed for 4 days and everything was perfect! nice staff, clean room, and super location! we will definately re-visit the harrington if we stay london again!

Nicely appointed room in a lovely neighbourhood.

Room was amazing, clean and perfect for the stay. The staff were very helpful. The room is large spacious and has all you need. I will highlight that the kitchen is equipped with everything, but this does mean the cupboards are full so if staying and wanting to keep food etc, unless its for the fridge, there is not much space. The only actual downside is the penthouse room is really only accessible by the lift, which is very small, slow and frequently used by other guests. The emergency fire exit stairs aren’t really for regular use, and you can be waiting for the lift for a while. The lift also breaks frequently, but the staff do get on to it and fix super quick. Overall though, the stay was great!

The location was great. It is walkable to underground station in 3min. Great dining area is around. Mostly the room was pretty spacious and very clean. Staffs are very friendly. We had little problem with UK’s outlet system, but they helped us to solve the issues. Gym was also great which open 24 hrs with updated equipments. My family loved staying there!

The executive two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms was perfect with two teenagers. During a heatwave in London the staff provided fans in the bedrooms. Suggest the apartment needs to have a microwave & toaster.Great location to supermarkets & transport in South Kensington.

Location! Location! Location! Staff! Staff! Staff! We always stay here! Tube station, Tesco Express, pubs all within a couple of minutes. Apartments r well equipped!

Kitchen separate from other rooms. Quite adequate for most meal preparation. Saves eating out all the time. Would certainly stay again.

The location is fantastic, 2 mins from Gloucester Rd tube station. Check in was really easy, just remember you will need photographic ID. The studio was clean, and had everything we needed. Loved having a TV in both the bedroom and lounge area. I can't fault tgese studios and will definitely stay here next time I am in London.
